I honestly can t say enough about Richard Pulido and Square One Financial Group. Coming into this process as a scared, nervous individual, Richard made me feel like I was talking to a friend who really wanted to help me out. He listened to everything I had to say and explained, in detail, all of my options moving forward. So happy and relived that I came across an ad for their company and finally decided to do something about my debt.
I contacted them days ago, I had a conversation with one of the employees and set up for a phone meeting the next day to discuss my options but never got a call from her. I texted her later in the day to ask why I never received her call, and emailed her days later asking why she still hasn't contacted me or responded to my attempts at contacting her. Nothing. I'm starting to feel like this was a scam.
I would to say that Mr. Richard P. was very helpful and made my process very easy. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and answer all my crazy question. He explain all my options in very good details. I would recommend him easily for anybody looking for help. 10/10

Huge shout out to Richard Pulido! My husband and I have been stressing out over the amount of debt we have.
