The Keg doesn't dissapoint. Steak cooked perfectly along with two succulent lobster tails, baked potato, warm bread with cheesy garlicy butter, and a lovely fresh salad! Our server was phenomanal. Thank you Becky! Cosy fireplace ambiance, the works! Happy New Year!

This was probably the closest to the best if not the best service that I have ever had. The manager went above and beyond and our waitress was more than amazing. I would highly recomend this location. Food was awesome too!

Keg food never disappoints! Everyone was really diligent wearing masks, the entrance was well set up and allowed people to maintain distance. The fall menu was delicious! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. The food at the Keg although it has always been good, they have now upped their game-my meal was delicious and beautifully presented.

We have been there many times. Service was nice and we enjoyed the atmosphere as it was our wedding anniversary. However my prime rib was not as good as previous visits. There was grisol and large amounts of fat. I expected more considering the price and the prestige of the restaurant. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection.

We had our family dinner at KEG back in 2018. Great service and excellent food.

Always great food always great service sometimes a wait but make me hungrier

Went for Birthday dinner. 4 adults. Spacious place good food and good service. My fish was cook to perfection. My husband ordered tuna fish taco and prime ribs slider it was okay. My in law ordered ribs and chicken wrap bacon was good. Deep fried cauliflower was great tasty and flavorful. Though the calamati was good need a bit more seasoning was bland. Over all great experience. Will be back

Always a great meal. Cooked to perfection. Large portions, enough so you need to box it up and bring it home. Lots of thought into Covid 19 care, with QR code for menu or optional traditional menu. Barriers between tables and spacing. No more waiting, we arrived and were seated exactly on our reservation time.

Good service,good food but seating sucks if your a quiet couple,chances are you'll get stuck between two larger louder groups....I will try one more time reserving in advance and ask for a separate booth, hopefully they can oblige if I give enough notice,stay tuned!

Consistently good. Great steak and the prices for wine are really reasonable. Nice and cozy. This location seems particularly quiet, nice private booths. Good for a date night.

Always amazing. This is a great night out, friendly environment. Dining experience takes 1.5 to 2 hours, but you don't even notice with the excellent food and service.

I took my family to this restaurant for my birthday dinner last night. The food was wonderful the service was terrible. I had my two grandchildren with me and the waitress would ask them if they needed anything and when they would ask for something specific it never arrived to the table. It's not ok for a waitress to suggest something to a child and then not follow through. The restaurant was not busy so there was really no excuse for the lack of service. Very disappointed.

I really liked this location, we dropped by there after a visit to Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington. Interior is well designed, staff is friendly and professional. Menu is typical KEG - I had chicken, and it was well prepared, service was fast and efficient. Good place.

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the pricing is convenient and it is regularly well organized there. Fantastic work.

Fantastic service & food! I went to the Keg on my birthday, February 27th, which is my typical tradition. To my surprise, they had removed the thai chicken from their menu, which was a bit disappointing.
While I was pondering what to order, my waitress Stacey went to speak to the Chef, Sebastian to see if they could help me out (without my knowledge). Sebastian was willing to make the thai chicken for me, even though it was no longer on the menu! Fantastic customer service and my dish was amazing!

Very good service. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. They answered all of our questions about the food in proper detail. The food was excellent and cooked as requested.

I had my birthday dinner here and was served by Oliver who was fantastic. He was around just enough to make sure the food and drinks were good, but he didn't hover. He was also hilarious. Although they were sold out of prime rib, Dana, the manager, offered me another meal free of charge. Over all a great experience and I will return again and request Oliver as my server. :)

Food was excellent, usual keg fare. Place fill up by 530 on Saturdays, if you plan to drop in after that you're likely going to be waiting. Staff were great.

We have been visiting this keg for 5 years. Our last visit was very mediocre. The Keg, and this location in particular, used to be the most consistent place for great food AND exceptional service. Our server was inattentive, and did not seem interested in our experience. This was a first for us. The food was verging on bland. Aside from the fact that the kitchen has never salted or tossed the veg in anything, the steak was also lacking. Even the Billy Miner pie had less almonds and sauces than normal. I was told Cara bought The Keg, we probably won't be back if this is the new standard. I'm not looking to pay Keg prices for Montana's or Kelsey's or East Side Mario's quality food.

Excellent service as usuak. Great place to have a birthday dinner with family and friends.
