We hosted an after party for our wedding at The Jolly Scholar. It was right across the street from the hotel block, so it was a very convenient and safe option for our wedding guests. They reserved plenty of tables for our guests and set up food along the back bar. The kitchen made pizza and a "totcho" bar that truly hit the spot! While you may not consider it a typical event space, Candy truly accommodated our needs and was very flexible with scheduling. It is a fun place to check out whether you have a small event or just need a new place to eat!

If you're a fan of Hot Chicken, the Hot Chicken Rice Bowl is tremendous! Truth be told, all of the rice bowls are tasty.
Wash that down with one of the The Jolly's beers, brewed on premises, and you have one helluva lunch or dinner my friends.

Great brewery right in the heart of Case Western Reserve. Really good beers and food we will definitely come back.

The bartenders are kept busy but still friendly and know the products they serve. Food selections were a surprise - quite a variety - that include about 10 appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Little over priced - Burger and fries were tasty and worth the price of $7.99. The buffalo chicken quesadilla, chips, and side of salsa priced high @ $9.99. The beer selections are reasonably priced - some good IPAs, American beer @ $2.99, from light to heavy beers, and guest ciders. Fun activities and seasonal decorations make this a jolly place on the Case Western Campus.

The sweet potato fries here are easily the best I've ever had. Next time I'm in Cleveland I'll probably go back just for the fries. Everything else about our meal was great as well.

Very cool restaurant/pub on campus of Case Western Reserve University. Very friendly staff. My food was delicious. I got the strawberry, pecan fruit salad! Also loved the ale I got.

An outstanding place to have lunch or dinner. The beer is fantastic and once it's back to full speed (post covid), the atmosphere will be awesome again!
