Shipped a load from Woodridge Illinois. Took 3 days to unload. And waiting for them to start. Do not bring on of these loads.

Too long loading staff standing around instead of doing there job

I have called them and sent emails to send me information. They say they will return calls and emails but they do not do this. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend negotiating with them. If you have a problem, they will not give you the best attention.

Great staff. My company forgot to set a appointment time before I unloaded, but they were nice enough to let me get the load off.

I gave it a 4 because it was a quick drop and roll. I don't know about live load waits here. It is a messy as the picture post you would get lost trying to find anything there. They close at 5:30 and 4:00 on Friday not 24-hrs.

They own ShoesandFashion on ebay, as well as on overstock, walmart and amazon Due to a checkout error that was either ebay's or paypal's fault, they ended up with $139.18 of mine and the order disappeared. I emailed them about the matter--they said I had wrong seller even though I sent them the paypal transaction id. They kept my money and their solution was to block me from contacting them anymore! So I tried to contact them again through my husband's account and sent a copy of the paypal missing order w/ transaction id as I could no longer send them emails through my ebay account. They failed to respond and blocked him as well. Wow paypal and ebay both told me to attempt to work things out with this company!
Contacted this company by phone and they said they don't fix these things.

UPDATE: Phil the head of customer service for the jay group did contact me and fixed everything promptly and in a professional manner so I am revising feedback to a 3. I think they should have looked at my history with them and tried to address my issues rather than stonewall me for a week! I wasted a great deal of time on this. I think they need some new customer service reps at Shoes and Fashions that can get things fixed or pass issues to higher ups rather than block any account who tries to provide information about a dispute. I buy shoes from them all the time and they are excellent about returns and have excellent prices.

Beware! They are scammers and should be shut down! They already scammed over 800 people selling horrible old dirty shoes. They don't want to provide refunds and are big tricksters, scamming American consumers for many years. Their customer service is the biggest fraud.

Never seen such messy warehouse. Staff friendly. They get me loaded 1h which is fine. No issues.
