The worse..own half the golden triangle..they change office managers routinely..so they dont know how to handle paper work so be sure keep all documents..over priced for the cheap updates they made to some units..

Called and left message for regional management multiple times with no response. Stay away from their properties. They are no better then slum lords looking to drain properties in the immediate future instead of long term gains.

Horrible management at their properties!! Corporate office is just as incompetent. I ve lived at Cypresswood Crossing (7 years) and most recently the Reserve at Cypresswood (almost 2 years). You can almost never get ahold of anyone on site at these properties and when you do leave a message with the answering service , management does not call you back. My apartment received damage due to Hurricane Laura which ultimately left my apartment mold infested and unlivable. I reached out to my property manager Gina as well as the corporate office for days to no avail. I called, emailed, left messages, stuck a hand written note in the rent drop and nothing! Mind you during this time the manager (Gina) was on site, locked in the office ignoring calls and visits from residents. I was homeless for weeks and needed to be released from my leasing agreement so that I could find a more suitable and stable place to live. When the manager FINALLY called back she told me she informed me that it was okay and she didn t care if I moved. To me that implied that she granted me permission to be released from my lease so I moved. I called frequently to get something from her stating that she allowed me to move but of course no answer from the office and no call back after leaving messages with the answering service. About 2 weeks later I received my final statement with a reletting fee, rent for the time I was unable to live in my dwelling, and utilities fees which we normally pay every month. I called Gina, only for her to lie and say she didn t say what she said and an attitude when I called her out on it. She told me to call her supervisor ( Brandy), which I did. She doesn t return calls either apparently. I then went to the corporate office. The receptionist there took a copy of my final statement and my phone number and told me she would make sure that Brandy received my messages and returned my calls . It s been 4 days and still nothing. It s been very stressful and frustrating to say the least. I feel that I should not be penalized for moving when I did everything that was supposed to do in order to prevent just that. Management never told me they would move me into another unit, fix the problem or anything.

The manager Stephanie ball and the assistant Andrienne works very hard ,They have really turn this place around I love coming home to a nice quiet place they always get things done no wait i have been out here for a long time I have no problems at all with these lady's the matienace men are great as well ,they are very respectful concern about our needs its not where you live its how you live # team CYPRESS wood @Reserve

The managers of Cannan Village apartment sucks , The lady in the office the reception is RUDE and have a very nasty attitude & The manager never seems to check to see how everything is going with the tenants.. When it comes to business they is very UNPROFESSIONAL & need to learn to work on their people skills . They treat the tenants like crap and they also have their picks and chooses on who they'll deal with and who they won't .

REBECCA answered the phone, and while asking a question she interjected and put me on hold for 45 Minutes. I assumed maybe she forgot about putting me on hold so I hung up and called again 10 times LITERALLY. I got no answer, so I left a vm. Still no call back. I'm not sure why it's so complex to answer a simple question but a 45 minute hold, 10 missed calls, and a vm is down right inexcusable and UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

I paid my rent on the 4th of Nov. Yesterday the 5th my check was returned by the maintenance man. Says they don't accept partial payment. My rent is 200. That is what I paid. I refuse to pay$25 extra for others trash. I will take this to HUD.

Gracelake Townhomes homes need new management and new maintenance. My work orders are never done. Two years went by still nothing done till recently. We had a wind storm in April 2018, a lamp post cover and the glass from it fell on my truck and a scratched it. The manager keeps saying the supervisor will get with me about the damages that I took photos of and I cleaned up all the glass cause o know maintenance wasn t gonna do it. No one still has gotten back with me. The maintenance actually told someone they house issues wasn t his problem. It s a lot of favoritism out here. No one is ever in the office! I thought the computer room was for us people who live here and pay rent. Some of us are college students. Someone should always be in the office for us to at least get on the computer and print work out. It s always a note on the door! Everyday! Tried to flag down the manager to ask her when she would open the office, she screamed oh hell no! And drove off fast like a nut! Act like she on something!!! If you call itex building they gone transfer you and transfer you to leave a message and never call back. Waiting on the good Lord to bless me with a house it s turning into the projects out here staff included.

The Manager at Park Avenue and Whispering Oaks (Jadee) is hardly EVER on the property. The Corporate office uses the excuse she goes between two different properties. Which I feel that's not an excuse because she is NEVER at the property she is scheduled. When she is at Park Avenue the office is ALWAYS dark and the doors are always locked. The close sign stays up on the doors. The regional manager makes excuses for her. Something needs to be done about this manager. The previous Manager has even made post on social media about this woman and NOTHING has been done. When she is supposed to be at Whispering Oaks she stays for a while then goes back to Park Avenue to hide out so she want be bothered. To top it off her boyfriend (who sometimes looks high) is lounging around in the offices at the properties. This makes tenants feel uncomfortable. I do not feel this is right, tenants personal information/files are in the offices.

Very rude will not help do not care if you are black the will treat you lole scum. Went into the office today about charges the gave me after moving from one of there properties. Tia Harris and Ashley Harris made fraudulent paperwork om things that they said i owed for. Went to itex provided PROOF that this was a lie. Nobody cared. Receptionists refused to let me speak with anyone. Daughter got very sick from mold exposure at one of their properties. Evicted me because i got a lawyer. Because nothing was being done. I was harassed so awful when dealing with them. I had no choice but to move. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ITEX TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR SELF AS A PERSON. I was going to drop my lawsuit because tia harris and ashley harris was removed from the property. But will be continuing because of the fraudulent charges. I am more hurt because i was treated like nothing, becauseof the color of my skin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Itex management hires rude, condescending, self important people whom believe the rules do not apply to them. Managers on properties that don't allow animals but, themselves have a large pitbull. Managers that play favorites with residents. Managers that set their own hours and inconvenience residents for two hour lunches and personal errands in company time. Properties that are run down, dilapidated, and filthy. All in all, it's a management problem that starts at the top and goes all the way down through to the bottom. God forbid anyone complain, then you're talked down to like an animal and potentially booted from the property either by eviction or denial of lease renewal. I guess these people don't realize who pays them... The residents sign your paycheck guys. You better wake up, realize it, and fix your personnel problems.
