A large center for large-scale events, exhibitions. There are both exhibition areas and "lecture" halls.

At the time of visiting this building, there were no exhibitions, empty huge premises and nothing grand, I saw only three sheep and not very friendly guards who force visitors to pass through a metal detector, thereby creating inconvenience.
