Worst service ever received. They have a presence management portal, the sales guy promised a lot of facilities through the portal, and after payment, you won't get any of the promised services.

I have been around 4 months old client using 2GIS software for my company and personally. This has been the far best app when for locating places, posting reviews about following up regarding the companies, restaurants and so much more. I really love how well the professional people guide me when getting this app and helping to boost my company and follow up with everything and advertising the best way. The team will surely help you with the best of service and lead you to the best with locations and products sale.

Never thought after living in Dubai for 25 years and doing business, I dealt with the worst "marketing" company, no follow ups, no manager to respond, they take the money up front and promise you a bulk SMS and emails, and nothing, very disappointed, and please do not deal with 2IGS!

2GIS application is really amazing. The best feature is that it works offline and very detailed map which actually help me to show the entrance of the company. Great application

Very very poor service.. they will approach with promises and sweet words , once you sign in contract will not get them easily and they will not fulfill their assurances... not even deserving to give single star ...

If there is less than 1 star I could put It's the worst company I ever meet they just take from you the money and disappear Be careful stay away !!!!!

I recently used them to send marketing sms to 10,000 people for apartment to rent . I did not get even a single call. Please Please avoid them . Its a waste of money . plus the service is extremely poor .

Most detailed application in terms of the information listed in the map, and the navigation is very user friendly too. Helped the clients to reach my restaurant very easily...and especially the SMS's sent for my offers attracted a lot of customers from my area. Thanks 2GIS and highly recommended to all...Good investment ...

very very poor setup,after making the payment it becomes customer job to get things done....and the answer from them is "v r too busy". think before paying them.

Very disappointing in a time when all business matter these guys are the pits.... We paid in Dec ember for a 3 month upgraded package though nothing was done for almost 4 months. We were promised bi-weekly visits and updates on the progress of our ads.... NOTHING! Waste of time, waste of money, waste of space :-(

I would say bad service but there is no service at all. Also very rude staff.

If you are a business head never use their service, as they talk only big but never resolve any issues or any good result. They are putting 3rd party name and details in our page and says its an advertising. No value for money...they have introduced a Presence management portal in which company is listing under different categories...total poor services from such an IT team...dont trust...!!!

On October 2018, we purchased social media / email marketing plan for 1 year i.e. AED 3,600. We have discovered that the package & the services have following problems: Client Relationship has been below satisfactory as there have been hardly 2-3 visits till date by your key account managers. Monthly reporting & insights were promised to be delivered yet only 1 report has been given so far with average results. Only 1 email for push email marketing was designed which hasn t been approved by us prior to Ramadan 2019, yet we were promised to be given 1 new email body each month of the 12 months package. Frequent changes & rotations of our designated Key Account Manager, we see a new face every time. Previously Mr. Hazeem visited with his colleague visited for a meeting as we were cancelling the services, yet they promised to improve but there has been no significant changes or improvements in services. Not a single campaign has been activated for Pinstorm. We require you to confirm when to collect our Full Refund of AED 3,600/- If we do not receive your satisfactory proposal for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter, We intend to issue a claim against 2gis in Dubai Consumer Court without further reference to you.

They chase you with promises and once you sign, they disappear with no respect. The work they do is not more any beginner does. We signed a contract, however, they are not fulfilling their commitments. They did not show on a scheduled video shooting without apology.. it's the worst agent you can deal with. I need a meeting with the general manager

Had a corporate account with them. Worst company to do business with. Sales Person took cheques on 1st day after that no customer relationship service for the whole year!

Very disrespectful stuff, very bad service! Once they need money they will call and beg, but once they need to provide service which you paid for, you will not hear from them anymore.

I would like to share my short true story. I had been called from a company name 2GIS for a zoom interview, which had been attended and soon after they called me for a *Internship* with a promising job. I went for it wasted my time/money from 8AM TO 5PM. With that said they made me along with 3 other candidates do about 200 calls. Coming to the point which was being discussed during the break with the 3 candidates who came up for the same purpose was that they had an entire floor for them self with many empty desk I mean the office was huge but they were hardly any employees working there. We wonder do they call everyone for internships to do there job and save salary cost? Been 4 days no one has reverted back to us. Sad how they can play with one's feelings.

I made a contract with this company but I violated all the agreement that I was not to answer the phone on the email did not send the monthly report as required and did not implement the monthly plan as required of them If we do not receive your satisfactory proposal to settle my claim within seven days of the date of this letter, we intend to sue 2gis at the Dubai Consumer Court without reference to you.

This map is way greater than any other map ever known. Very rich in details and directory. Makes every visitor and residents of UAE feels at home. Everywhere and everything become very familiar to everyone since everything is just a search away. Amazing that this map will not just locate your interest but will also bring you to your destination with a lot of route chooses of your preference. even offline it works perfect. Hats off to the developer !!!

The staff is professional and they are always available to help you. Enhancing business visibilty is much easier and all the platforms are streamlined into one place!

Worst Company Ever takes money of the people and nobody cares about the advertising!! They Claim to give you Exposure but once the Money is taken nobody bothers they work on Hire and Fired strategy, with our Campaign of 3 months I had to deal with almost 5 people ?? with not a single report and follow up!!

Company policy and rules are horrible and wont help you grow your career or business ! Please save yourself!! Fake promises and bad head of sales...

Totally disappointed. No action, no responsibility, no marketing strategies, no time management. All they did was talk vehemently about what they would do to rocket our business profile but their actions proved no calibre of such. Absolutely no outcomes. Waste of money & waste of time.

Absolutely worst company to deal with. I paid *wasted* 6000 aed to this company for a marketing package. Ive not had one single enquiry even after them supposedly sending tens of thousands of email and WhatsApp advertising campaigns. Their reports that they send (eventually once you keep constantly asking for them) are so basic thst my toddler could have put it together. And their customer service is non existent. They talk the talk when they are getting you to sign but then loose interest after you have paid. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
