I am blown away with the results I am getting on this program. I have struggled with my weight for a long time and tried many different things. I feel great and it truly by far has been the easiest program I have ever followed. Dr. Francis' staff is helpful. He and his wife do weekly online talk sessions that are very insightful and helpful - not just run of the mill stuff. I highly recommend this practice and their program to get your body healthy , from the inside out.

For the past two years, I have viewed Dr. Francis' television commercial and a few times, heard his radio ad. The many and various personal achievement stories seemed unbelievable and my thoughts rested with the impossibility of losing one pound per day.

My husband and I discussed this likely endeavor after gaining weight following my father's death and years of not losing weight after birthing my last child. I knew that I had to lose 30 pounds after learning at the gym that my BMI was extremely high and I was continuing to gain weight even though I was eating healthy, counting calories, and regularly exercising.

I just started Dr. Francis's program on the18th of October today is 26th of October and I must say that it really works! My weight was 260 pounds on the 18th and now I weigh 245 pounds and it's only been 8 days. I have not done any workout routines at all!! Just started the plan, I'm currently in phase 2. I'm very excited to finally see a permanent change in my weight and overall health. Everyone at IHC has been very friendly and helpful!

I was very skeptical going in to this program, as I have lived my entire life never eating green vegetables and eating an obscene amount of sugar and carbohydrates. The staff took their time with my husband and I, answering all of our questions and concerns. Dr. Francis' wife, Wendi, spent time encouraging me and assuring that I did have the self discipline and ability to succeed in this program. I am 30 days in, 20 lbs down (my husband is also 20 lbs down), and I am so excited about the lifestyle changes I've made. I'm on Day 20 of the diet and couldn't be more pleased! Dr. Francis and his team have been supportive and kind. Walking into the office for the 1st time I was apprehensive. I soon learned that his team members had also come in needing to lose weight and had been successful in losing a similar, or higher amount, of weight and keeping it off! This made me feel like they were walking along side me on this weight loss journey. I'm seeing results which makes me want to work even harder.

Everyone was very friendly and informative. Getting emails with tips has really helped keep me on track.

I am early into the program and am very pleased thus far. From the onset, Dr Francis and Wendy have been very informative and open to my many questions. They and their staff are warm and caring and have been available and accessible. They have given me much educational material, a notebook that breaks my day down to bite-size easily understood segments so there is little room for error. Most importantly, they are my support system. For the first time in a long time, I have hope.

I have been beyond impressed with Dr. Francis and his team. The words that came to mind first, are "Class Act," but that doesn't do my feelings justice. He and his team are super friendly, I can tell they truly care about us and about helping people, they're efficient and professional, and they use video and technology to enhance the overall customer experience to a great degree. I've also seen them go way beyond the normal "call of duty" in terms of speediness and helpfulness, with their customer service and support when I've had questions. They send follow-up emails that have been very helpful and inspiring. All of this is unique, from my experience, and much appreciated. Seldom have I done business with a company and a team that operates at such a high level. I recommend them highly.

I have been on Dr.Francis' program for six days and have already lost 8 pounds! The team at Integrative Health makes it very easy for you as everything is spelled out in a book customized just for you. In addition, everything is explained via video and in person before you get started. They also offer podcasts and live conference calls for additional information/help. You are not alone on this weight loss plan. Even when you finish your weight loss goal they help you keep it off for two months thereafter. I highly recommend Dr. Francis' weight loss program.

Not affordable! I honestly wanted to see what the program was all about, so I scheduled an appointment on my day off from school. I went in and watched a 12 minute video about how I could lose 1lb a day, but when the woman came in she wrote me up a plan to lose 30 lbs in 3 months and spend $2,000 to do so. 3months on normal diet and exercise will generate the same results, so I would ve basically paid $4,000 just to reach my goal. This program is not about helping people unfortunately it s about making money. They offer you water and supplements. NOTHING that is worth $2000 and they won t sell you the supplements unless you pay for the program and some of them you STILL have to buy from them after you ve signed up for the program, so i would definitely just recommend diet and exercise over this scam. Because if it really was losing a lb a day then after 3 months I would ve lose 90 lbs and not 30. Scam scam scam scam scam scam.

I came to Integrative Health both skeptical and desperate as the many diet plans I have tried all failed miserably. This program is very different. Since I've started my acid reflux has disappeared, I feel healthy and energetic and empowered. The staff is friendly and supportive. I met Dr Charles Francis at his clinic, I have been trying to lose weight for the past few years. ImI 65 and go up and down with my weight. I went on his program and at 17 days I lost 22lbs I stuck with it and reached my goal of 30lbs at about 27 days and im not talking about water weight or muscle I mean fat cells. My matabolisim is like when I was young. My arthritis inflammation is 100% better. It was the easiest and best program iveIever tried. I have been off the program for about 2 months and keeping the weight off and feeling better than I have in 20 years. This is a new experience for me to have a nutritionist have my back, guiding me through each day and teaching me a lifestyle change. Dr. Francis program is definitely a step by step program that anyone who wants the change can follow. I can't wait to continue on my journey and see the results.

I took a year to make the decision to begin my program with Dr. Francis. The decision was made for me when at my annual physical this year I was given instructions on how to overcome obesity. Ouch! I now regret waiting so long before taking action to control my nutrition and weight. I have only begun the process - three weeks into it. I am not even really at the stage when I should begin to see the weight loss. However, I have lost 20 pounds! This past Saturday, when I did my daily weight check, I had lost 3 pounds over night! I now understand the importance of this program. Over my adult life I have taken care of my teeth - I had braces to correct my smile and implants to replace broken teeth. I go to annual wellness checkups and get the flu shots. I thought I was taking good care of myself. But I have been resistant to going to get real help with my weight. I finally toke the next step to get help. All I can say at this point is that I am very grateful for the service Dr. Francis and his crew offer.
