Nothing fancy, but it's a reliable place for decent food with table service (in the restaurant section) and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Sports are always playing and there is a midweek quiz night in the sports bar.

Good place to have a beer and dinner. Heaters everywhere to keep you warm through winter.

I have eaten here on numerous occasions and enjoyed my meals and the service. Tonight all that changed when I ordered a Warm Morrocan Salad.My partner ordered a Thai Salad. There was nothing that made me think the salad had anything Moroccan about it other than the presence of chickpeas. The Thai salad was drowning in sweet bottled sauce. Whoever got 'creative' with the menu should stick to what they do best. Fish and chips and Steak and Veg. If you can't do something well don't bother doing it at all. Waiting till winter before i go back again. The Guinness Pie rocks

Staff were really friendly...even happy to fill the dog bowl for us. Food service was quick..we will be back.

Solid little pub, no too loud. Nice spiced warm rum. Didn't try the food.

Great Sports Hotel Bar None.Excellent Grub and Friendly Atmosphere.

There seem to be a number of attractive men who frequent this venue so that's a bonus. Has a comfortable, almost high end vibe.
The food is good and I had a totally delicious bottle of reisling here.

An old haunt that still provides. We had a function for a relative held there over the weekend and the staff were not only welcoming but willing to help wherever possible. Will definitely consider them for another function again.

The food that we got was delicious and definitely well priced. The staff is also friendly.

They have really upped the anti since reopening after COVID. They were starting to go downhill in all areas, but today we had great service and lovely food. We did give them feedback at payment time, hubby's meal was Luke warm, but they sent back to kitchen and re warmed, our friend had grilled fish and chips, was really tasty but for the price should have had 2 pieced of grilled fish on plate. They took these points well and have us a card for when we come back we will get a round of drinks on the house.

We went here for dinner. The atmosphere was lovely but the food was nothing to write home about. The chicken parmy was defrosted in the microwave, which i knew because it tasted off, like when chicken partly cooks during the defrosting stage and then is re-cooked in the pan. The parmy was burnt, as in had black bits on it, and when questioned we were told, "yes, parmys are supposed to be like that"...ummm not any parmy I've ever had.
The sauce was nonexistent, or so dried up I didnt notice it. Anyway, after they took ut away I didn't have to pay for it. But won't be going there again

A great building, layout and venue for watching sport, but the bar staff are, in my experience terrible, and I no longer go back because of that.

Just enjoyed a lunch with wonderful friends, the food and service was excellent.

I've always had a soft spot for this place, used to come here all the time. It's still very good

Fantastic steak sandwich, bangers snd mash and kids fish and chips. No shortage of choice for beers. Definitely worth a visit.

Not the best parmy or cheeseburger. Drinks are alright. Service is pretty good.

Bangers and mash were the special was just slop in a bowl.pizza was burnt and tiny and the pork chop was expencive considering the size.also a single hair wrapped round the full pint

Upstairs has pleasant old architecture but is not wheelchair accessible.

Great local bar that has been around for ages. The beer is always cold and friendly staff with good food. And you can watch your favourite sports event while chowing down or chugging down a beautiful smooth pint of killkenny. Then on the way out grab a six pack through there drive through.

Excellent pub fish and chips. Solid tap selection. Highly recommend.

OMG the salmon & pomegranate salad was amazeballs. It was like a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. Thought it might be iffy, cos sometimes pomegranate can be bitter, but it was delicious. Get it in your mouth, people!

We ordered different dishes to try but the food was bland, soggy and overcooked. Never coming there again.

The food is always good here but was a little disappointed when I ordered seasonal vegetables and received a serve of green vegetables only but they were still good.

i was a regular , but the service seems to get worse every time i go these, the girls ate the restaurant are not friendly at all !

hopefully this was an off experience. first of all food was all pretty good quality, so generally no complaints there. but a few problems - wings special for american night was advertised as 1kg and i'd be shocked if it was really half that, scotch fillet steak was ordered medium and came out at least well done and also looked undersized, and they got one of our dishes wrong. we'll go back but this wasn't a great experience.

This is what we had left after finishing our meal.
Burger (very) cold (cheese not even melted)
Prawn and mango salad - is actually green mango with 6 prawns and mostly noodles.
Mothers milk Shiraz was good.
Smokey Malbec was (almost) undrinkable.
Onion rings came in a very small portion.

Staff didn t charge for onion rings or salad which was nice (albeit the attitude whilst doing so makes me not want to come back)

It's a nice comfortable place. Reasonsble service and pleasant atmosphere. However eating here will leave you hungry and bankrupt. The drink prices aren't terrible compared to other similar places around Perth when viewed in the context of Australia's ridiculously over the top beer pricing.

Food here was good. Nice place to go to watch footy games.

Great selection of beers and the food is great, but what really makes this place pop are the staff. Legit hands down some of the friendliest people around. Highly recommend for any occasion - with 3 areas to choose from (restaurant, pub and sports bar) it's got something for every occasion.

They also have a quiz night on Wednesday which is a hoot!

Also the bottle shop rocks! The selection is on point.

Excellent, I had the crispy belly pork and it was just amazing, the meat was so lovely and tender with a lightly crispy thin skin, just perfect. Also had the garlic bread and it was also great. The meal meal was so good I also tried their sticky Date & Nut pudding with icecream, I was definitely not disappointed by this choice. Pub dinning has come a very long way, this was an amazing meal.

Outstanding takeaway dishes delivered quickly to the door. Far superior to anything we've had served up on Uber Eats

Nice pub. Especially because it's the WA Hawks home pub.

My partner and I dined here on Sat 10th Oct and I had the W.A. Trevally battered Fish and Chips with salad, and she had the Grilled version.
I must say the meal was excellent, and it's a real pleasure getting served W.A. fish, instead of the imported Asian rubbish, that normally plagues our pubs and cafe meals. Keep up the good work!
