Cardalls Insulation Company Reviews

Our builder hired them to install our garage door. We have had so many problems with it in the 3 years since. They didn't mount the driveline into a solid stud so that has fallen off three times. Yesterday the overhead motor itself came off the ceiling because it wasn't mounted securely to a stud either. Also our garage door was scraped in spots during installation and still looks really bad because the metal from the door shows through the paint. Would not recommend them at all.

Perfect place to find any type of insulation your looking for in your home. The salesman are on point with competitive prices.

Did not do the job they were paid to do! Hired to insulate a new roof on a remodel and went up in the attic 6 months later to find bare sheetrock. Totally unprofessional. Called them out and they said it was embarrassing. After they fixed it I asked Dan Cardall to call me back to discuss making it right, still have not heard from him. If you have to use them double check their work.

Prices were super reasonable. They came quickly and got the job done!

The crew at Castalite always has what I need, and if not, they find a way to get it. I ve used them for everything from stepping stones at my house to 60 ft stair towers on a commercial building. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Filled HVAC return vent completely with cellulose insulation. Have pictures. Guys didn t not listen to my instructions. Safety hazards were not addressed.

USI Cardalls did a great job. From the bid process to actually completing the work, I highly recommend USI Cardalls for all of your commercial insulation needs. Jed Lowe was great to work with from day one, he was very responsive throughout the whole process and he even helped me establish a "finished" look without the need for SheetRock, by recommending I use a white vinyl finish. (as shown below) He saved me money because some of the other insulation contractors I consulted with required me to SheetRock the whole roof in order for them to even be able to insulate it. (Which I hadn't planned for) Great work Jed and team!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! A year after they insulated my house, and I paid them in full, they served me with a summons threatening to put my house in foreclosure.

They insulated my house on February 14, 2018 and I paid them in full on February 20, 2018. A few months later someone from the office called me and asked if I paid them yet. I provided him with the date and transaction number from my bank showing they were paid in full. A few weeks later I finally received a rebate check from Questar Gas I was promised.

Fast forward to February 14, 2019, a guy knocks on my door and serves me with a summons. USI Cardalls was taking me to court, stating I did not pay them and were threatening to put my house in foreclosure.

I called and spoke with a lady in the office, I informed her I had ALL documentation showing I paid them in full. She told me about the forms I had to fill out and send to the state withen 30 days of receiving the summons. The forms are about 4 pages. She told me if they aren't sent in withen 30 days, they will take legal action.

So now I'm stuck with forms to fill out and the stress of being threatened with foreclosure, AFTER paying this company in FULL!

So use a different company, DO NOT use these people, it's been a horrible experience! Plus they didn't do the job as promised, since my house is white, they told me they would drill 1" holes to fill the walls, then fill the holes with white styrofoam plugs so it would not be noticable I had holes drilled. What they actually did, is they drilled 2" holes and filled them with wood plugs. Now I have ugly wood plugs going all the way around my house that I'll have to spackle and paint.
