As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Chelsea and Eddie were so helpful and quick to respond! They re also extremely personable which put us at ease through the process. We bought right before the COVID-19 shutdown, and when we asked to close early, they delivered. We still can t believe how seamless the process was. They helped us get into our first home, and made it a great experience in the process! We couldn t recommend them more!

While my loan was not completely unusual, there were a few details that were overlooked by the loan company - but not Eddie. He and his team were on it, fixed it, and made adjustments for future applicants. Very personable and responsive, Eddie and his team are a pleasure to work with.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient - I have had many home mortgage experiences in my day - this was, by far, the best. Frankly, I tried using my own bank - where I am a "preferred" customer - to get the loan. A big mistake - constant requests for more and more documents. HLS stopped the madness and got the job done!
