Eddie Rutledge and his team were exceptional in every aspect of my mortgage process. Eddie was referred to me by my realtor after my current lender failed to come through the day prior to my closing. Eddie called me at 8:00pm and was extremely compassionate about my situation, he immediately sent me a credit application and called me 7:30am the next morning with the items he needed from me, he worked on my application all day and called me in the afternoon with an approval, Eddie was top notch, he saved me from loosing a home I absolutely loved and closed on the loan in less then three weeks.
