Been a few times to experience magnificent performances in a well maintained environment that encourages engagement while offering comfort. Prices are what you would expect for a venue of this renown, with plenty of food & beverage options.

Honestly, check it out when you find tickets in your price range; even if you have a bad time discovering a new act, you at least did it in style!

I was so excited to see the Bruno Mars and Pharell at the Hollywood Bowl for the first time. I had never even been in the building. I had 2 classical-loving friends come in to town so I bought 3 tickets to the evening show. On the day of the show I double-checked the Ticketmaster confirmation email to see if it was 7pm or 7:30. It was for 2pm! Not Ticketmaster nor the Bruno would do anything for me because it was already 3pm. My tickets were at Will Call. NOTHING. Totally screwed - and I can't even get into the show tonight with my friends. All around such a disappointment.

Absolutely live coming here! I habe been coming since I was a child. They have a texting option to report courtesy concerns and on our last visit we used it. The staff handled the issue in a professional and effective manner.

Always a great time at the Hollywood Bowl! Parking is easy, and inexpensive, if you use the shuttle service. The picnic option makes this venue even more unique and fun. I've seen several shows here, and will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love the venue! I heard there were recent renovations. It was beautiful! The Muppets came in and took over The Bowl and gave an awesome show. The sound was rich from the K1 section as me and my son were able to see everything. Huge screens, placed appropriately, enhanced the show making it posible to see small detail.
A nice selection of restaurants lined the walk up to the bowl. Wine is sold everywhere. Moving walkways are available. The crowd was fun and friendly.
This was our first visit. It was amazing!

But that parking situation needs rethinking. How can they do that? I panicked a little at first but was mezmerized by the venue. I wonder what people do if they get sick or have a situation where they have to leave early? Wow! It took about 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot and another hour to get off the street parking lot.
But the venue is so awesome!

It's quite an experience to be in such a historic venue, but I must say if you aren't up close you might be better off seeing a recording of most events held here. If you're going to go out you should spring for quality up close seats as the nosebleed seats are crazy far from the stage.

Had such a great time at this venue last night for The Dead And Company Show!!! Sound was amazing and the light show was almost one of the best I have ever seen. Beer wasn t too pricey but a bit over taxed, that s ok I expect that inside a show venue. For being in the middle of Hollywood when you re inside you completely forget that. Lots of trees surround this place, so that makes the experience just that much better!!! Parking is cheap we paid 26$ on the property. It s stacked parking so remember that, once you park that s it until the people around you move, it was fine with me, we were the last to leave the parking lot anyway. The vending area outside was a grassy parking lot across the street from the venue!!! Thank you for a real good time!!!

First time here and we had fun despite the fact that traffic around the venue is MADNESS! I suggest getting there well ahead of time so you don't miss anything. Outdoor seating means you can bring your own food and drink but it also means you're for sure getting a contact high from that hipster couple sitting next to you who's smoking that Maui Wowie.

One of my favorite L.A. venues, though not the most accessible. I've been coming here since I was a child and have enjoyed introducing my non-L.A. native, music-loving husband to the Bowl. We saw Tom Petty's last show last year *sigh* but are excited about coming back for Harry Connick, Jr next month!

Come on it's the Hollywood bowl. I've been going here since 1978. A few tips
1. Become a member and buy a block of your favourite shows.
2. Use public transportation like the bowl shuttle. if you prefer you can hire a rideshare or taxi.
3. Go to the box office if possible to purchase tix. This is especially true if you are getting tix on the day of show. Also there are always touters on the ramp to the buses or in the tunnel.
4. Bring you own food and bevies. You can picnic at the bowl, even at your seat. But check to see if it's a lease event. Those events do not allow outside f/b. But even if it is a lease event you can still picnic in numbered areas outside the bowl before you enter.
5. If you do drive. Be aware that you will be in stacked parking and will most likely have to wait until the car in front of you leaves. Note there is premium un-stacked parking for $$$

Have fun smoke in designated areas!

Lovely event space on historic proportions! Even if you are far back you hear everything very clearly and experience the whole show. Make sure to take a blanket and snack to relax and enjoy a great show, no matter what it may be.

In comparison to San jose shoreline mountain view, this place is super well organized. Food is pricier as expected but actually quite delicious. Not only that they allow you to bring your own picnic essentially. Well decorated with props and games to keep you entertained until show starts. The shows themselves are amazing as well.

We were there for the Abba Concert Experience, a tribute band from Sweden that does an excellent job of playing Abbas biggest hits. We didn't sit in the close in box seats, but about halfway up. The ball was pretty much full and the Abba band did a good job of turning it into a giant dance party.

About The Hollywood Bowl

The Hollywood Bowl is a legendary outdoor amphitheater located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Since its inception in 1922, it has been the go-to destination for live music enthusiasts from all over Southern California and beyond. The venue has played host to some of the biggest names in music history, including Billie Holiday, The Beatles, and Yo-Yo Ma.

One of the most iconic features of the Hollywood Bowl is its concentric-arched band shell. This unique design allows for unparalleled acoustics and an immersive concert experience that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else. Whether you're sitting up close or way up high in one of the venue's many terraced seating sections, you'll feel like you're right in the middle of all the action.

But it's not just about great sound at The Hollywood Bowl - there's also plenty to see and do before and after each show. The venue boasts a wide variety of food and drink options, from classic hot dogs and popcorn to gourmet cuisine from some of LA's top chefs. And if you're looking for something extra special, consider booking one of their VIP packages which include access to exclusive lounges with private bars and premium seating options.

Of course, none of this would be possible without an incredible lineup of performers year after year. From classical orchestras to rock bands to pop superstars, there truly is something for everyone at The Hollywood Bowl. And with multiple shows per week during peak season (typically May through September), there are plenty of opportunities to catch your favorite artists live on stage.

So whether you're a lifelong fan or just looking for a fun night out with friends or family, be sure to check out what's happening at The Hollywood Bowl this season - tickets are available now!
