Kidlington Properties Limited Review

Called this company to discuss various aspects of how we could assist their business with delivery of Training to increase efficiency and offer a solution. Asked for someone and got put through to someone else, in a condescending tone told me to stop calling when I've never spoken to the company before. Wouldn't give me his name, wouldn't advise me on who to speak with and said I'll block you.

Definitely advise other businesses not to offer your services to this company, specially if you're calling regarding a technical aspect. If only I had your name, I would name and shame you.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. They don't keep their side of contracts, bunch of gold diggers. Even one star is too good for these money grabbers

Disgusting towards tenants. Makes owners pay extortionate amounts of money for broken improvements. Dodgy!!!!

Just...Weird. I stayed in one of their "stay in apartments". Don't do it. It's shady. And illegal. And the power goes out in the middle of the night and you're stuck in a foreign country with no way to charge your phone. And the elevator was broken. At least they (not even sure who they are, I think the people who lend the apartments???) had air-condition machines in the rooms and after hours of trying to get a hold of someone to fix the power the issue got resolved.

Not surprised by the other negative reviews on here. The lights weren't working in the staircase to our first floor flat. We contacted the people responsible for fixing this the next day. We didn't hear from anyone for nearly a week and even when we followed up, nobody came despite us being told someone was ''on their way now'.
It was over a week before someone finally came to fix the light.
Meanwhile a health and safety hazard scenario was played out where anyone could have had an accident especially coming downstairs.

Do not rent from /deal with this company. They are a bunch of crooks. You've been warned.

They overcharge & are extremely unprofessional when it comes to people skills, returning emails or phone calls & not doing what they promise.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Avoid at all costs!!

I have been with them for 7 years,never had any problems and the staff are very helpful and friendly .The best company ever A+++++
