Rooms were tastefully appointed to emulate a true "home away from home" experience....exquisite bathroom and separate lavatory.... the only hiccup being a slightly delayed breakfast due to renovations. Perfect location in heart of historic downtown Nashville.

First I want to publicly praise Heather who was an actual gem and so friendly and professional. Not only did she do the best job communicating but when my question wasn t answered she called back because she wanted to ensure it wasn t too late and I had been made aware that they haven t forgotten about me. That is grade A++ service so thank you so much Heather.
We went for high tea that they do and it was amazing. The service was incredible. The food and tea was divine. It s a little pricey but it is so worth every dollar. As a Nashville native I definitely will be coming back frequently.

This was my first time staying the week-end at The Hermitage Hotel. May I say IT was WONDERFUL !!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was so thrilled with all the Christmas Decorations and of course the fireplace was lit too.
I had room service and I want to once again tell the Chef THANK YOU for preparing my cheeseburger just the way I like it!!! On Saturday/Sunday I went to the dinning hall and the gentleman that waited on our table was so knowledgeable about EVERY QUESTION we asked.
The food was Great, The service was great, The suite was clean and smelled so good... O and I don't want to leave out the gentleman that delivered room service. He asked before doing anything on the table. He set it up and opened all the coke bottles .. Yep that's right they give you the old fashion in the glass bottle coke. I requested a freg and they brought one up. I mean it was just a WONDERFUL experience overall. Thank you for my wonderful stay.

How could you not love the Hermitage Hotel! It's a piece of living history in Nashville. I was so honored to be able to vote in this year's election on the 100th anniversary of the women's right to vote in Nashville, that I had to stop by one of the landmarks that made this all possible. The hotel did not disappoint. They had numerous areas set up to honor this historic occasion and a little history area that gave a very detailed rundown of the events that happened 100 years ago. The hotel itself is just stunning and you know the grandeur of when you walk into those older hotels, they just take your breath away with the architectural feats and wonder.
If you are also looking for some commemorative swag to mark the 100th anniversary of the passage of the women's right to vote, look no further. Their gift shop is chock full of interesting items and I took away a little flag for myself. What a great day all around and made even the more sweeter with a jaunt to this hotel!

Beautiful european style hotel! Their service is beyond this world from employees learning your name to every detalle in the hotel. They are taking covid precautions and making guests feel safe! I'm definitely coming back and staying here. It's nice walking distance from many touristic attractions.

Friendly doorman. Clean and well kept rooms. I figured there would be fans/vents in bathrooms. Instead there was a phone in the toilet room. Not a complaint, i just find that interesting. Pillows and bed comfortable.

The hotel is gorgeous. But it is beyond my price range. I wrote to the hotel asking for the best way to park nearby and walk in for a little while because of the historic value of the hotel relative to women's suffrage. I got a personal reply that was only interested in one question: what night did I want to book a room? When I repeated I wanted to visit as a history buff and get back on the road, I received no further reply. So for anyone like me, know that the the street between the hotel and the state capitol building has metered parking, and when I was there, there was no difficulty finding a spot. I found the display on suffrage, took pictures, looked around, and then left. In sum, I don't know anything about staying here, but I can comment on how one employee responded to someone's interest in just visiting, and she left me with a sense of stuffy arrogance that was distasteful. Update: I lowered my rating from 4 to 3 because of the insincere reply from the hotel that only affirmed my previously stated opinion. Also, employees in the lobby made no attempt to greet me and my daughter though looking right at us. I guess we did not look like Hermitage Hotel money.
