Great doctors and nurses who care I mean really care about people..refreshing

Very friendly place. I love that even the hearing staff use sign while speaking. My daughter I'd deaf, but doesn't know sign. They were very accepting of that. They have the best sign courses and they're only 35 dollars for I think 8 week sessions. If you look around Cincinnati most classes are hundreds and for only 4 weeks. They have deaf camp and it's all inclusive. They go to very popular places like coney island, the air force museum, scallywag tag. So on. Very inviting people.

Same as most other hearing aid centers but rather expensive

Very professional and thorough audiologist test. Great"bedside manner" of audiologist. Took time to explain things, how it works etc etc. Submitted all paperwork for me. Nothing but good things to say!

They used to be really nice to me been comeing for years, they be rude.

I've been going to this place (Mt Auburn location) for 34 years. Although it has changed staff, I'd still recommend it because I trust them. Excellent hearing evaluation provided, Audiologists are very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Adjacent parking lot, wheelchair accessible.

The are very friendly and helpful. They explained everything before they did it. They automatically spoke louder knowing I was there to get a hearing aid, that was so nice.
