We brought with us, ALL required paperwork, filled out. After checking in, we waited ~ 35 min for first part of interview. Thank you Ms. Anney P, for when my loved one became agitated and wanted to leave, your demeanor and comments kept him from walking out. Then, we waited for insurance verification... that took the longest but, it was on Blue Cross side; to speed up the process, I offered to pay out of pocket. Thank you Ms. Mary L for answering my questions and checking up on the progress. After another 40 min wait, the 2nd part of the assessment took place. Thank you Mr. Xavier B. for collecting the information so quickly; your ability to pick up on the scuttle cues I was giving made the process smoother for my loved one. The calm and straight answers you gave helped him complete the interview. I was told at check out that Blue Cross out of network... Thank you Ms. Carla V for explaining all the ways he will be able to make payments and for providing me with a list of providers that are covered so that we can make changes during open enrollment. For 9 years we have had access to great treatment centers and doctors but, when psychosis sets in, there is little they can do so, here we are. Hopeful and grateful for the help of the ACT Team and all the other services that he will be able to tap into in the future. The offices and restrooms were very clean, the lobby is comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and uncrowded. Thank you for seeing us today.

Run the other way if you are hired in the IDD eligibility department. Edna Alleyne, a business office supervisor implements her own rules and always throws her authority because she hold a leadership title . At times she tries to bully you when in order to get you to do what ever she wants, despite if the requested task makes no sense at all. She's always threaten employees by saying she has a pen and paper which basically means she can write her employees up. In addition, she is always telling staff if you don't like the changes implemented there's always an option find employment elsewhere. She creates a toxic work environment and tries to instill fear in her employees. Ms. Alleyne is always thinking of the worst that can go wrong and always cultivates a Hostile environment. Not to mention, she puts you on Public Display and embarrass you in front of other employees. The list goes on and on. Again run the other way

For one, everyone here except for my case counselor has been so rude and never helpful. Second, the moment I informed these people I had insurance I was told to wait until my financial appointment. I took half the day off of work for this appointment and never got a call. I called the office 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and I was told they were in training and apologized for the hold up but that I would be getting a call soon. I never got a call back until a week after. When I answered the call I was being asked who I was because they were not sure and they just had my number sitting next to a computer. I was told to call whenever I was available which I had to ask off for another half day. Before I was even able to talk to the team in financial i received a bill for $400 and no one is able to help me with this. I m extremely frustrated because I don t have $400 to give and I would have declined services if I knew I would be getting billed. This is extremely unprofessional and I hope someone is able to help me resolve this soon.

The Northwest Facility actual clinic is great! The work staff are awesome and extremely helpful.
Now, as far as the pharmacy, no so good.
The lady whom deals with the paperwork is rude and has ugly ways when explaining the process she was like a robot constantly saying 30mins, 30mins. Very repetitiously. Bazaar even odd, I d say.
So basically I feel she s worked so long there that maybe she needs to take a crash course in customer service.
What she did I m so sure isn t in the SOP book for the company.
So everyone who has to deal with her, get ready for some Caca!

Pros: The peer groups, sliding scale, My therapist
Cons: Location too far for many I live in Katy which is still Soutwest, getting to the billing dept takes forever and days for them to respond back, constant financial review every few months, employees can be rude oh yeah and durring the storm they were closed the whole week. The guy on the access line said the pharmacy was open and they would call me back but they never did. My psychiatrist has changed like 3 times these past 4 months. So frustrating. I've been thinking about canceling my services altogether these past few months. I've seen little progress in my case. I feel like they can do more yo help their patients.
