Great place.to buy a car and get treated very well and no pressure.

If only 0 stars were an option. Expressed interest in a car they were advertising online. Got a call the next day insisting that I make an appointment rather than just stopping by so that they can have the car ready (it's over an hour from where I live). Made the appointment, showed up on time, car was on the lift. Technician had the day off and none of the sales team knew what was being fixed on the car or how long it would take. I was told that they would contact me when it was done. Never heard back from them. Terrible experience & total waste of a day.

i wish you could give them a 0 star because i would i delt with a sales person name nate was a complete ass he said only reason i got the car is becuse they needed to make their monthly goal and when i picked up the car was not cleaned or washed worse service every i would recomend people to go to RON BOUCHARDS IN LANCASTER MA WAY BETTER SERVICE AND THEY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE UN LIKE HARR TOYOTA

When you first go in everything is so professional. People open doors, sales men are like your friends. Then when you sign, its all over. You guys should keep the same energy. Acknowledge the customer always no matter the service you are providing.

Best car dealership in the world! If you go there ask for the sales manager named Derek He spells it the same way I do Derek. I've never met a more honest person anywhere let alone in the car business! Treated me like family the very first transaction back in 2000 and has ever since I bought over 12 cars from him.

I have bought many a vehicle from them. Always had great service.

To be honest I just went along for the ride when my mom went here. She seems happy with it. The bathrooms are clean. They even offer free pastries, coffee, water, and even ice cream. I would come here for myself, but I have a phobia about driving.

You're better off with a used car dealer, because you find out in the first few weeks how they conned you, opposed to Harr where you find out everytime you try to use a service plan, or when your lease ends and they get another $400 for not buying another car from them .
