Too much money for a mediocre hotel. Good bed, acceptable shower and a very very crowded breakfast and dinner buffet
Hotel was comfortable and very food value for money. Great views of Bictoria Harbour from the room. Only disappointment was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
What a view out of the window! Very clean and nice. No fuss. But rooms are small and so close to each other that you can hear a lot of the stuff going on in other rooms (coughing / closing and opening of the big heavy doors) and in the corridor (vacuuming, elevator arriving) around you. That's the real down side. But value for money. Shuttle service ends by 11pm. So from airport to hotel cost nearly 300 by taxi when i landed after midnight. Also the single bed is tiny I nearly fell off in the night.
Money's worth, located in a quiet and good location
I stayed here for a night. Buffet breakfast and the view from the room was good.
Breakfasts and service was really bad. One of staff was kind of aggressive and not really helpful
Hotel is luxurious and clean. Personnel is professional. But strangely, though located in Wanchai, this hotel still feels on the outside looking in

This hotel used to provide quality accommodation, but recent they have declined from 4 star to 2 star service levels. Renovation is in progress and hopefully they will then provide a solid 3 star service.
This is an adequate property. Has wonderful Hong Kong Harbour views and very reasonable pricing for these views (premium at most hotels). Good facilities and service. Rooms are a bit tight but well appointed.
