The personal attention, professionalism, and preparedness of this community s staff is remarkable. I m so thrilled we found them for my parent.

I have worked at Harbor Court since the middle of August 2019. This place has improved dramatically. Agency staffing is nill to none. There are consistent proficient kind staff her that care for the residents. Residents are happy to live here. A lot of new activities and outing occurring. Great place to work!

A hidden gem! Rocky River's best kept Assisted Living secret. It's a secret no more. Great pricing and large apartments.

My Grandmother was a recent resident of Harbor Court. She was on Hospice and (while actively dying) the Hospice nurse could not get in the building at 2am because no one was around. After numerous calls the result was the same. What kind of Assisted Living does not have phones/staff 24hrs for patient care?!?
A few wonderful aides (Gladys was the best) but many of the nurses were very inconsistent and there was no report from the staff on prior staff. My family basically told the staff what was happening at all times.

Would not recommend this AL to anyone. Especially since we are STILL waiting on a return call from corporate. (A month later)

The worse place to send anyone director very rude every person that works there lies about everything all they worry about is money money money place is disgusting if they had the right people running it they may bring it back but with current staff dont see it happening if you care about your loved ones do not place them there.

Since senior capital took over years ago the care isn t there anymore. No consistency in staff even in high level positions such as managers and DON. When confronted on care shortcomings you are greeted with self righteousness. Very poor care for someone you love

The Harbor Court AL offers spacious apartments with 24 hour RN coverage and an on-sight therapy gym. It offers person-centered care and features a secured memory care neighborhood. The Harbor Court is a beautiful community with well-appointed rooms and common areas. I highly recommend this community to your or your loved one!

Everyone at Harbor Court is top notch From the front office and threw every department. The staff treated my mother like family. All my mothers needs were met and well performed well at Annie's Place on the 6th floor memory care!!!

The turnover is too often but....special people work here!!!- Especially Arjana my mom's housekeeper. She is so caring and giving to my mother. The nursing staff is caring sweet and sometimes over worked!!
