If you need something they do not stock, chances are, if you ask them they will get it for you. All the staff are friendly and helpful and if visiting them there is always good coffee and cake.

good products, great advice but have been mis sold products in the past which I shouldn`t have used with my method of carpet cleaning. Great help line though. I reckon they are great on the whole. I reckon it would be a nice touch to include the invoice in with the delivered goods.

Brought magic carpet brush for doing my carpets at home saw a demo of this on youtube was amazed at the results so i looked to see where i could buy it there was an american website then i saw it on the world of clean website so i contacted them told i had problems purchasing it they checked stock and came back and said they were going to order some more would take 2 weeks to arrive so i preordered andpaid for item with out any problems then i got a confirmation to say order placed with company invoice then i contacted head of operations to confirm order progress reply very quick order coming from austria due in this week next minute got email to say order being sent to launceston for processing and scanning on to marston mortaine hub borders Milton Keynes /Bedfordshire from there to Aylesbury then delivery to Luton Bedfordshire by fed express i was very impressed with company as its the first time i used them the knowledge was impressive i ask for advice for the right techniques on carpet cleaning and what i should use and knowledge was really helpful i would like to thank eammon the operations manager for his help in dealing with my enquiries and Nick who took my order and his helpful expertise i will be using this company in the future as i was very impressed with the knowledge and customer service 10/10

Ordered the nitro heavy duty solution and let me tell you, It Does exactly what is says on the bottle. I ve got a 2 yr old so you can imagine how many drink spots and muddy shoe marks were ingrained in to my carpets. This product not only took them right out but also brightened up the carpet as well. Trust me this is the product you need. 5 stars all day long.

As for the magic carpet agitation brush, 3 stars as it done a fantastic job agitating and cleaning the carpet until it decided to keep coming undone and the telescopic handle kept dropping down so couldn t really carry on with it. That could do with improving the screw mechanism or a redesign so it doesn t become a 1 time use brush.
