Quality cleaning products arrived next day in perfect condition, great service

Have dealt with Solutions for the last 9 years. Purchased both cleaning machines and cleaning products from Solutions, both have given me good results to the benefit of my customers. The customer service from Solutions couldn't be better - fast, friendly and efficient. I can recommend Solutions to anyone.

Great cleaning products, service and communication.

I have used World of Clean and their products since 2008. I always think the mark of a company is not what they are llike when things are going well but when you have problems. Nick at Solutions has always provided great custommer service both in good and bad times.

Where to start with my review quoted a job late last week where I need some stock for that particular job emailed nick explaining the situation like a true star my products were delivered as promised yesterday completed the job this afternoon customer estatic with the results should get future work on the back of today's project my sincere thanks to nick and his team at world of clean cannot speak more highly of them would definitely recommend products do exactly as stated on the tin so to speak wanted fusion clean superb product ordered a polo scrub pad for my duo speed rotary what a Fantastic pad very pleased as it done a tremendous job will be ordering more products from this company 5 star products and service

When the product was in stock (was out of stock but website said was in stock) it came over night due to the 24hour shipping service. I got the freestanding contactless foam sanitise station. Doesn t foam anymore It stopped working the day after we got it, really small in height. It might be that I just ordered the wrong thing for what I needed it for but can t fault customer service or delivery time.

Having done my training and buying my equipment and chemicals from Solutions nearly 3 years ago I ve found them very helpful, always happy to answer any questions asked. Deliveries are all tracked and notified by emails with themselves and DPD which has improved the service even further...nothing s ever too much trouble.

Ordered the sample pack from Nik at Solutions, turned up very quickly within 1 or 2 days from placing order. Very happy with contents of order, all packed very securely. Would give Solutions 5 out of 5 for communication, response and the whole process as pain free and very straightforward.
