Had 2 great dinners here on vacation. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you, this place has fantastic food!

Overrated! Food was salty and not that great. I would have given 1 star, but at least the food was fresh. And they nickel and dime you- $12 for a burger with no sides b/c you order sides seperately. Probably would have tasted ok if I was drunk.

The veggie patties were amazing! A little pricey but definitely great food.

A bit expensive, and a pair carte food- your sandwich doesn't come with sides but pretty good. Really bread heavy fish sandwich.

The food came out fast and was delicious! Our waitress Katie was very nice. Local area gem for sure.

Love the food, especially their fried haddock meal! They are a medium sized, cozy place with a great staff! I go there with family every time I come home to visit family! Yum!! Can't wait to go in September!

Dad's grilled tuna was great. My fries seafood platter is exactly that - fried. Not the cheapest place.

I love Glenwood Pines. I try to visit once every year when I come home on vacation. The famous Pines burger and famous Bloody Mary drink both love up to their legend. The restaurant is also located right down the road from my favorite state park "Taughannock Falls".

Had a nice lunch here with my daughter. A little pricey like most places in Ithaca and all Ivy League College Towns.

amazing local spot for the famous Pines Burger. Would also recommend anything fried here as they do it right ... Nice and crispy! Big fan of the onion rings and corn fritters. Free refills on fountain drinks. And don't forget to play Sunset Riders, a staple of any Ithacan childhood.

Cheap spot, won't break the bank and you'll get a whole lot of family atmosphere! Must visit spot on any trip to Ithaca

I've been going to the Pines for 30 years now. We love Pinesburgers. Also they have these huge picnic tables downstairs so if your have 8+ people in your party, they don't blink an eye. I hope they stay open for another 30 years!

The hamburgers at this place are amazing! Best in town.

Generally a solid place but for whatever reason they cook my burger wrong half the time, and instead of medium rare I get well done and slightly charred. When the burger is cooked right, it's amazing!

Ordered the fish fry. Melts in your mouth. The best I have ever had.

I would rate it 3.5 but I can t. Food was good, they had a hard working staff.

Friendly atmosphere, good food, great view of Cayuga Lake. Nothing fancy, but certainly enjoyable. Enjoyed my veggie burger.

Very nice staff, relaxing. This time we only stopped in for 1 drink t th bar. Other times for lunch which were always good.

Just outside of Ithaca is a small well run restaurant Glenwood Pines. The food, from burgers to entrees, is always delicious, affordable, and consistent. The food comes out quickly, the wait staff is great, and the charming building has a view of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy!

Burgers beyond awesome, great beer selection. Will make this the place to eat anytime I'm in Ithaca.

Always a great spot to grab a beer or a burger. Nothing fancy or pretentious here.

Comfortable, friendly, roadside dinner with a Beautiful view of Lake Cayuga. We happened by in the fall, so the leaves were beautiful. The food is wonderful. We had the Corn Chowder, Salmon Burger and the Chicken Fingers meal. Each dish was cooked wonderfully. Flavor and freshness were great. You'll also find a myriad of sandwiches, burgers and salads on the menu. I'd definitely stop again.

Great place. Great customer service. Seated right away. Just make sure if you go in a big group and everyone is paying separate, let the waitress know. Where I'm from I tell them afterward. Over all, loved the place.

Service was good but the food was bland. The French fries were very tasty though.

Great place to stop. Good service, food, atmosphere. I had the Tully Burger with broccoli bites. He had the fish fry and we shared a delicious slice of peanut butter pie.

The service was very quick and good. And the food was delicious.

You haven t had a burger until you ve had a Pinesburger at Glenwood Pines, according to chef Jordan Andino, adding, It feels like a gigantic 10-ounce piece of meat. Of course, it was his last meal of a very long day of very heavy meals. It s actually just a six-ounce patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. The restaurant runs an ongoing contest that awards a T-shirt to anyone who eats four Pineburgers in under an hour. Play at your own risk!

Food and view was spectacular. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Food served quickly, hot. And exactly as ordered. It was very noisy this evening, hard to hold a conversation with my table mates

Great burgers and variations on burgers. Lovely view. Seafood , steak, pork BBQ, many sides. Relaxed but nice.

Pleasant place with great burgers and good comfort food. Probably the single best known restaurant to the Ithaca community, both campus and town.

Great staff and service with a nice atmosphere. Food was overpriced for what you get. For example, my $12 salad was a bunch of iceberg lettuce with 2 tomatoes, some crumbly blue cheese, and half a chicken breast. An $8 burger doesn't come with fries.

A local watering hole for those who want to eat out but not get all dressed up. A bit noisey for me but the locals seem to like it.
