The Geneva Foundation was completely understanding and supportive on multiple occasions after I had lost family and needed to take immediate leaves of absence. The company's staff has consistently worked with our group to facilitate our needs and act in our stead whenever required. As a contract employee of over five years I have no complaints as to their level of service or conduct.
I give them zero stars. I worked as a CRC for about 3 years at Fort Gordon. They are a greedy bunch and they do not care about research except for lining their own pockets.
I reported an unethical investigator from Berkeley a PhD and they did not support me. Vulnerable soldiers were at risk. I have worked as a research coordinator for many years at University s and experienced such an unethical group!!
They were more concerned about the Big Grant than protecting the soldiers!!! The PI s I worked with were wonderful doctors and deserve better than the lazy self serving people from the Geneva Foundation. I resent my tax money going to help support this greedy ugly Foundation. The Geneva Foundation does not deserve to receive federal Grant money. They lie and cheat to their employees and do not care for the doctors and research patients they claim to support. This is my opinion and my experience with the Geneva people I worked with and experiences of other coordinators I met.
