Never seen help this horrible. Id report them if i knew how to. An embarrasment to this area.

Ms. Yolanda, Yoli and whatever other names she goes by, is crazy. This agency needs to be reported and featured on every news channel and newspaper. All the employees there are scared of her.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine hoping they could place me for a job because that is what my friend said they could do. I called to get information and see what happens. The first day Yoli helped me with my resume and I was grateful and appreciative she did that. She gave me a call back to tell me the resume looked better and to call her back. I called back the same day 3pm and a person told me she was doing interviews and so i waited. I called again the next day and was welcomed with unprofessional attitude. "What can i do for you? You want placement for a job? I cant place you for a nursing job you have no experience! I did you a favor and fixed your resume in which i usually charge $175 for!" First i didnt call this company to fix my resume, I did not ask for that, i was only referred to them to be placed for a job. I had no information about this company at all, I didnt know that I needed experience. All she kept repeating was that you have no experience thats why these companies are not hiring you, and I've already understood that. But I was referred to this company because of that problem. It most definitely is a miscommunication between the us, but the complete unprofessional attitude is very disappointing. I could not even get a word in to explain why I am even calling this company. very disappointing to say the least. I wish that the first phone call instead of asking for my resume, we couldve had a better conversation explaining what this company does and what i am looking for in this company. The first conversation was to just send my resume, got a call back and a person telling me to fix my resume, I then sent her the fixed resume and she called me to call her back. I called her back and to me asking for a call back meant she could possibly help. I am already at a desperate situation looking for a job, trying to make my life better and going through this, with this company was seriously the bottom. Very rude.

I had an awful experience with the Senior recruiter, Yoli, for this agency. I returned a phone call about a position, and after having conversation with herself (while on the phone with me), she came to the conclusion that I didn't have enough experience for this position and she hung on me! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are very rude, unprofessional and lack any kind of compassion. Please be careful when working with them. I usually don't post reviews, but I am so shocked by the interaction and lack of human curtesy. I want others to be aware. Thank you have a blessed day.
