I live just behind this Fresh Market. I stopped in there one day to see if they had some Tilapia in their fresh fish case and they did. After getting the meat persons attention after 3-4 min I managed to get what I wanted. I enjoyed the Tilapia so much that I have been back every day or every other day since. My problem is this, NO ONE EVER SAYS HELLO! Cashiers seem to be all consumed with conversations with other associates. While standing at the seafood counter I've seen managers, clerks, cashiers, meat associates, that said NOTHING to me!!! I've looked at the deli counter for SEVERAL minutes, and NOTHING! The customer service here is SEVERELY lacking! Just today I passed a manager, an associate and the seafood associate spent several minutes talking to another associate while I waited for service. Then when I asked if they had anymore of what I was wanting he was like OMG I have to go check on this.(at least that's the interpretation I got from his expression) I'll ask my local Harris Teeter if they can duplicate the tilapia Parmesan just so I never have to go back here again!!!

It's expensive, but the atmosphere is very nice and the fruit is always super fresh and delicious!

This stores customer service is TOP NOTCH! If I could give it 10 stars I would. I had never been in a Fresh Market before this week but the two I have gone into this past week has really wowed me. I have worked in retail, specifically a competitor grocery store that emphasizes customer service greatly, and I can honestly say that these stores beat the customer service that is given in my past employers store...and that is saying ALOT! The products are fresh, the store is so clean, and the shopping environment is pleasant. Niki Scronce, who is the assistant store manager at this Lawndale Drive location, was the ultimate reason I'm giving such a detailed review on google. I had to come in at two different times today, and both times she went above and beyond to assist me. The 2nd time she actually went through the whole store to help me find my items and this included going to the back to find jalapeno peppers because there was none out. She even assisted me weighing them! I will definitely be going back and telling my friends and family members about this store and this experience...especially about Niki! You are doing a great job Niki and Fresh Market!

We absolutely love their fresh bread and their huge Parmesan wheels!

They have a wide variety of really great food. Their produce and meat is really fresh so it lasts much longer in my fridge than when I buy from other grocery stores. The cup cakes from fresh market are so amazing I always have to get at least one when I go!

Fresh Market is not cheap. But, right now I am paying for their request of all customers to wear masks. Also all their staff is masked. Also things are very fresh.

Love me some Fresh Market! Stopped by today for some cook out supplies and of course find lots of temptations to fill a cart. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent local grocery source for meat, seafood and cocktail items

This place was amazing. Upon entry i fell in love with the amount of flowers and plants they had. Then the well presented produce and moving on to the deli section. The bakery experience is why i kept 2 stars. The employee was rude and charged us 60c more for little choc treats which we found out when we got home. The sushi was good.

Food here is always fresh and delicious. I love they give the kids a piece of fruit instead of junk food.

Their cranberry orange mini scones are fabulous and addictive!

The finest quality in produce, meat, fish and bakery products. Carries a variety of hard to find grocery items. Very clean and EVERYONE who works there is helpful and cheerful. Freshness guaranteed and they take pride in every department.

I recently visted this place for the first time, about 2 months ago. I have been there a few times since the initial visit. Every visit has been enjoyable and they have a wide variety of items that are either not available in my area or sparse and hard to find. The Fresh Market in Greensboro is wonderful, with stock and staff. The staff at this Fresh Market location are pleasant and helpful.

Meat department is very good. Especially if you only need one of each meat. Shopping experience no longer after it was sold. It's like a expensive fast grocery shopping

We don't have The Fresh Market in our area so it is one of our special stops when we go to Greensboro. The people are always friendly however, we just had our first bad experience. We were at the bakery (love the tiramisu) and the associate went on cleaning as if we weren't there. She eventually came and I told her what I wanted. My husband added on and she seemed to get very annoyed as she rolled her eyes and went to get more containers. She slid our containers over the counter carelessly and stormed away. I said thank you and she never said a word. Didn't get her name but this slim dark haired girl has no business in customer service. We work hard for our money and it feels good when a business appreciate you spending your money with them. We left feeling like we shouldn't have even stopped in. We won't be back anytime soon. 11/2/19 WORST SERVICE EVER.

Pricey but a great place to shop for high end grocery items. And having true butchers make buying meats and seafood great if you are willing to pay a little bit more.

The pre-made meals ($20) are a god send!!! A co-worker told me about them today and today I had to try it out. The best investment for busy moms like myself and shootout to Brianna for her help!!

Just held on line for 22mins to attempt to place a catered order. My call was sent back to the operator multiple times. Her response was well they must be busy! Really? That s not the way to treat a potential customer...poor service if u ask me ?!

All you lovers of Fresh Market: You have to try the cherry tomatoes on the vine called FLAVOR BOMBS! So flavorful & delicious and I can't believe I didn't know about them. Thanks to Mike for taking the time to tell me about them. I'm a fan for sure! Also love your Tuesday specials on the chicken & beef.

The Fresh Market Is A Specialty Shop. The personnel was very nice and professional. They didn't have the products that I was in search for. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I just tried the meat here for the first time and found it quite good. The prices are very comparable to other grocery stores in the area and I think the quality is better. The roast I bought turned out great and the chicken I thought was a little higher quality. Not dry and not gamey. The pillow pastries in the bakery are very good if only they didn't run out of the strawberry so often because of its popularity.

Good canoli. Ready mimosa. Good cheese selection. Good meat

Staff was great, getting in and out the parking lot is a bit difficult.

I really like the organization of the store. Staff was helpful. Prices for some products are higher than Earth Fare/Whole Foods. Some prices are lower.

Its okay. I am not sure about the remodel yet but they wisley left the meat and cheese counters alone. I am missing some of the items that I used to be able to get at Fresh Market but what can you do, times change and Fresh Market did too. As a aside this is one of the few stores that I go to in Greensboro where Android pay work every time. Since I am an Android user that is important to me.

Always like to shop here as the variety is great, they have some products you can't find other places, vegetables and fruits are fresh and first quality, bakery has great items, and meats are grade A. They always have seasonal specials and on Tuesdays this month a special on fresh ground beef and on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Have great wine selection and also offer fresh flowers. Their gluten free selection varies but was good today. My go to place when I need something special!

I love sushi bar! And Chef can make custom-made sushi in front of your eyes!

Great stop for fresh food and specialty items you don't find at standard groceries.
