Called to sort out a query whilst processing a company registration online and spoke with Carina. The call was answered straight away. She was knowledgeable, friendly and dealt with my issue immediately to enable to company to be formed. In this day and age of very questionable customer care it was very nice and refreshing to have someone genuinely trying to help and who knew what they were talking about.
