I stayed at Forest for a month while in Singapore for work. The staff is incredably friendly. The rooms are clean, if a bit small. Breakfast is included and very fresh. Shuttle goes right into the business district. Would stay there again!

awesome accommodation! The breakfast lounge staff is very friendly and helpful. the only down side is: I found a few ants crawling on the table in both rooms.

It's not easy to find hotels with high scores in tourist satisfaction and price satisfaction in Singapore! With free breakfast and swimming pool, I think the accommodation environment of Novena ST apartment definitely wins.
In terms of transportation, take the MRT MRT from Changi Airport Station to Novi Station at S $ 2.08 (traffic card), then take a slow walk from United Sausre direction. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Secondly, when you go out, you can walk to the bus stop within 200 meters to the left of the hotel, which can take you to important attractions. It is worth sharing the hotel breakfast. More than 80% of tourists from Europe, the United States and other countries will appear at the same time, becoming a small international seminar! In addition to the delicious breakfast, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and can communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; when available, they will also provide local travel advice! In short, through the various APP websites to see the room types of ST Novena free, the price budget meets their needs, if there is a price guarantee, do not hesitate!

Stayed here twice for almost four weeks. All staff are always so helpful and respectful.
Quite at night but not dead silent...still a lot better than other hotels. Breakfast is standard fare. No organics and not a good cereal selection... anyway you get worse at 5 star hotels so can't complain

I stayed at this hotel for a month. The room was very spacious, there were cheap laundry services with free blow/dry. The was free water refill/ coffee/ tea for the whole day I believe. There were free shuttle bus two times a day as well to some of the attractions and the MRT. Most importantly, the staffs were super friendly, helpful, and caring. The only thing I could suggest would be to have more variety in the breakfast menu, since I ve been there for a month it gets a little bored at the end. Nevertheless, the Forest by Wangz is a very good hotel to stay.

Please don t stay at this hotel staff are too too rude to talk I have no A.c. In my room and no one listen also their are hardly any staff to even listen you

We were 6 nights in Residence Novena and we felt very comfortable here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean everything. Clearly 5 stars!

All was well until towards the end of the trip. I'd left one of my rings in the room on the side table when I went out, and while it wasn't an expensive ring, it held a lot of sentimental value. I came back that evening and the ring was missing. I know for certain it was on the side table because I was putting on other jewellery and I had to sort out something else at the same time and forgot about my ring. Only plausible option is that it was stolen when housekeeping came in to clean while I was out.

it was amazing. the staff, maids and chef were very interactive an kind.the movie night and rooftop were beautiful. the rooms had a balcony with a nice view of singapore. the pool was very refreshing for nice hot day. the hotel staff was very informative. the food was very nice. everything was amazing overall. please go there!

Clean, neat and tidy. Too bad they're strictly limit person that can stay in 1 room.

Great serviced suite. Very reasonable price for the quality of service and amenities.

In short, make sure you do not book a rate that is discounted as these are non-refundable, be sure to take earplugs as you'll need it for the amount of construction you'll hear.

Longer version: I should start by saying I had a somewhat good stay but for the construction noise that starts every day but Sunday at 7am. This is no fault of the hotel but nowhere does it say this before you book so you'll turn up, check in and then find out the next morning at 7am, it also continues throughout the day so you cannot enjoy a book by the pool or the roof top for constant banging, drills etc.

What I have found very annoying about this hotel is the cancellation policy. I'd booked to go back to Singapore in July on business having already stayed with them some three weeks. Business plans have changed and I am not required back in Singapore.

I emailed the hotel with a months notice, not a day, not a week but a month and their response was because it had been a discounted rate to begin, they could not refund me. This just seems like money grabbing for me as there's a month to secure another booking yet they still will not refund the company the money it's paid to the hotel. They offered to move dates if I provided proof of new travel plans (thanks I guess) but as I said to them - I'm not coming back to Singapore for two more weeks so moving of dates is useless.

I understand this is a business, but sometimes plans change but to be inflexible and not even offer a partial refund is what I find disgraceful.

Overall I'd have to advise you avoid this hotel, certainly based on the construction noise alone.

Serviced apartments, expensive - ideal for families with infants who would want to cook their own food

Wonderful stay - good accommodation, staff were endlessly helpful and obliging, the breakfasts were great and only six minutes walk from Novena MRT so well located for exploring Singapore.

Centrally located This Accomadation is cleverly designed to be able to accommodate every one from a Solo traveller,couple to a family.Rooms are large clean modern with the facilities to make yourself a snack or a meal even a drink to take up to the roof top lounge. With excellent staff who are very helpful and a nice breakfast included . Other facilities also include gym and pool and Wifi.
The MRT, Shops and Restaurants are only 500 mtrs away
Another great point is the place is central close to attractions and shopping making the cost of taxis or hire cars very affordable. If one does not want to take the MRT.
I'd Highly Recommend this place to stay.

The rooms are fresh and come with a restaurant and swimming pool. It is about a 15-minute walk from the MRT station. Short-term travel or long-term business trips are suitable. The staff are very helpful and helpful.

Great apartment hotel, small and more like home away from home than a real hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean close to novena MRT.

Basic service apartment. Swimming pool and other facilities are good. Sylvia, the HR manager is very helpful. Good connectivity with public transport statement. Situated at expensive part of Singapore

We stayed here for a week. Highly recommended for people travelling with young children. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Kitchenette was very useful. Breakfast in the morning was good, a little variety would be nice.

Great room, wonderful and very helpful staff. Close to Novena Shopping center and MRT station. Rooftop terrace is great place to relax at the evening.

I m local. I brought visitors from US. I m impressed with its excellent service. It helps to lend them mobile phone durin their short stay n trip. I m not living here so cant comment on their accommodation.

This place is absolutely abhorrent and beyond appalling, that I had left ahead of my 6 days stay here. For this price paid, there is not even basic things like water, coffee, or even housekeeping. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated when I asked for more towels and tissue, was being asked back with an attitude by the manager Alex Goh, "how many towels do you need exactly?" and was given an open packet of tissue that was used halfway. When asked for water, he said he could find a container for me. Seriously? this coming from a 4 star place? i felt like i just stayed in a 1 star hotel/residence. The rooms was also dusty and plain basic, for sure there are nicer places to stay for this price- or at least a place that will give you some basic respect. When I requested for a change of room due to road noise for 5 nights, which was a downgrade, the management refunded me a measly $20+. I cannot express enough what a disappointment this business is and how miserable they made me felt. Please avoid this bad business, or you will definitely regret it deeply for even choosing to stay here.

Faultless service from great friendly staff. Compact but clean, very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Good location, close to bus services and Novena MRT, with free shuttle to some locations at certain times. Also provided is free use of a mobile phone with free data and calls, preloaded with a local guide and offers to local attractions.

Good service, comfortable rooms, well-equipped, only 7 minutes walk to the subway station.
