The Floral Express Reviews

I work with Floral Express on a nearly daily basis, with large quantities of flowers coming in every single week, and I have never received such good customer service or fresh quality flowers in my life! From the first phone call, it has been so easy and PLEASANT to establish a rapport with Floral Express. I feel welcome to call with questions, changes and even ideas any time (usually at least several times per week) and am always received with such genuine kindness and responsiveness. The flowers arrive in impeccable shape, and on the VERY rare occasion that a couple of stems were squished or something in transit, I have always received an instant credit as Floral Express prides itself on the BEST quality product available. I honestly couldn't ask for a better company to work with so closely and regularly, they make a florist's life easy and enjoyable :)

Floral Express is one of our main flower suppliers. We have been working with them since we opened 5 years ago. Always very professionals and always have the best product. I've dealt with other wholesalers who keep product week over week so you are not always getting the freshest product. Floral Express doesn't do that. All their flowers are fresh and they do not sell me product from last week. Highly recommend!!

Flowers arrived pretty much wilted . Staff was not professional and was distracted. Background was extremely noisy. Customer service is terrible. Better off buying at a local grocer.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marjorie from Sales and she has been nothing but a sweetheart to my company. She always tries her best to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and goes above and beyond. She even placed a order for me while I was there and was filled in minutes because I was a bone head and forgot a large portion of items. This was no problem for my girl Marjorie!
