Cedar Rapids Toyota Scion Review

We worked with Lucas and he was very helpful and listened to what we were looking and didn't try to push anything else on us. We decided on a car and the process couldn't have been easier, we never felt pressured and negotiating was a breeze. This place is very relaxed and everyone was nice and helpful when needed. Also, Curt was fantastic in helping us with the rest of the paperwork and we were able to leave with our car the same day! We will definitely keep Toyota in mind when searching for our next car. Its ok as far as having to take ones car in and have to wait, they did have cookies which were very good and the waiting room is very nice.

To look for a car..And Found one..
Just like I had before But newer..
I know..but I like the style and the size for me..Its like a Mama Bear
Size..tho I don't have to haul anyone around..just me..Fits in Theory..

I was referred to see Gene Lytle about purchasing a used vehicle from Cedar Rapids Toyota We walked into showroom at 2:45, explained the vehicle we were interested. Mr. Lytle investigated trade in value while we were test driving vehicle. Had a great sales manager test drive our vehicle. As Gene was walking towards us, I met him and said no negotiation, I want your best price. He said I m giving you our best price. Agreed to price, signed paperwork with business manger who was fast, thorough and very friendly. On road by 4:45 with newly purchased vehicle.

Quick and easy. Drive up to the door, drive in and park. Speak to them about what you need done. Oil change was in and out. The bill was ready when I walked in the door. Professionalism at its finest.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. They have a huge lounge with WiFi hook ups, a popcorn machine, boxes of cookies & pies, a soda fountain machine, tea & BEST of all...... High quality unlimited COFFEE! Also they have a kids room with games, coloring activitys, books, & a IPOD for kids pre loaded with approved games!
I make appointments here just to get away from my kids!

I really appreciate the customer care pertaining to the service department. They all seem to work together for the greater good of the customer and making sure that my vehicle is road ready giving me confidence that I m safe especially since my job involves a lot of traveling! An added bonus is that they inform you of any upcoming maintenance in the future without any high pressure trying to up sell like my past experiences have been at prior service shops.
