Booked a table for 5 family members and a baby. Very well catered for and as always the food was excellent. Everyone left happy and it's in an ideal location for a walk before or after.

The Fisherman's Arms, Bingley serves a variety (including 3 veggie options) of tasty reasonably priced food in a lovely setting beside the canal. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The food is horrible, luke warm and all frozen veg although they deny that fact - it was a complete waste of money unfortunately- definitely never returning

Just been for lunch with hubby. Super pints of bier morretti. The best cheesy garlic bread I have ever had. lasagne for mains with amazing chunky chips. Service was excellent. Very comfortable. My only negative comment would be the lasagne had cream in it which I don t feel is necessary! But that s just my and hubbies opinion. We will definitely be back. Well don t the fisherman

We went on a Thursday evening. The food was lovely but the barman/waiter was on his own and it is was quite busy. Our food came out but we had nearly eaten it before the accompanying veg was brought to us.
They need to employ more staff as this poor lad was trying to look after the bar, take food orders, serve food, clear away after folk and take payments.

Always a warm welcome...the food is tasty and piping hot ...great atmosphere

Very cosy, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Good choice, tasty food, the staff were very helpful although the service was slow due to understaffing it seemed, as the few staff were running to keep up with the demand, but it took a while to be served.

Nice place to stop off in when walking along the canal. Or if you work next door

What a great place for a drink or a meal by the canal! Staff is great, food is delicious and place feels really cosy. It should definitely be a stop over if you are having a walk along the canal between Bingley and Saltaire or if you are walking in and around Hirst Wood and Dowley Gap.

We popped in on boxing day as part of our annual family country walk and they were very welcoming. Dog friendly and nice staff, however there was no where to sit and the bar area is very very small so not suitable for large standing groups.

We stayed for one drink as the prices were quite high compared to other places we stopped.



Overall would come back again but would try and avoid busy times and would probably stick to soft drinks.

6 of us went for Sunday Lunch soon after opening and everyone who had beef Sunday roast said they beef tasted like it had been reheated after being frozen.... everyone s slices of beef looked the same. We checked when ordering that mashed potatoes included and told yes but they aren t. A member of staff serving had no idea what vegetables were included. The only decent meal was the Steak pie and chips which the person said was very tasty! All 6 said we wouldn t eat there again and really poor customer service

A nice dog friendly pub very welcoming, food quite good.

Small family and we all really enjoyed it! Kids meals are very good value.. Sunday roast is very tasty but could of eaten more and my partner enjoyed her sandwich. Will definitely return again soon.

Ordered salmon supreme with mash & veg which was awful, the dish was well under seasoned, the mash was incredibly starchy, was like elastic, and watery in colour. The vegetables (coliflower, carrots, broccoli & leeks) had a most off putting smell to them, as if they had been stood for a while and re heated.

The 2 stars given were solely for the waiting staff, who handled my dissatisfaction well.
