The Fifth Pubhouse Review

Love going to the fifth for all the fun things they have going on. Trivia on Wednesdays is a riot and the food is always incredible.

Great food. Really cool Canadiana decor.

Had the Beyond Meat Burger and fries. As veggie burgers go, this is definitely a favourite now.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating.

My only issue is with the washrooms. The stalls and sinks are tiny. There were maybe seven stalls. I wish they chose to go with four with more room to maneuver.

I'm only 5'6", and my feet sat outside of the stall door, which was all kinds of unfortunate embarrasssment. I was eating the bottom of my coat, since the only place to hang it on the door was the same place my face occupied.

Great little nook to visit for lunch! Delicious food...this is the meatless burger and it was tasty!
Nachos with pickled onions were delicious
Bartender/server was delightful as well

Good food. Great location. There is a Nintendo 64 and Mario Kart 64 ready to play.

Good deals and nice atmosphere! Was really not a fan of the French onion soup, was like they put in sugar instead of salt. Otherwise food was good.

Here for lunch and there are only 4 other tables for the lunch crowd. We arrived at about 12 for reservation and it is now 12:58 and no one has received any food yet.

We asked about the sandwich of the day on the menu and they said there is no sandwich of the day anymore. I ordered pasta. After a while waiter came back and told me no pasta today. I had an option for $18 hamburger or fish and chips. I took the fish and chips.

For a restaurant that is not busy, they sure are slow to bring out the food.

Fish and chips finally came and was not impressed. Not sure if they use tumeric in their batter but the fish in as yellow. The fish was not crispy and neither were the fries. In fact the fish batter was just soft.

I should have went to Pai instead

Cozy downstairs pub! Lots of great beers on tap, was located really close to Yuk Yuk's, so we stopped in before the show. Good people, good servers. Enjoyed it. Will be back again soon!

This place will change your life. Best staff, best wings and burgers, and the best trivia on Wednesday nights. Honestly, I ve divorced 7 out of my 8 wives here. Great place for casual drinks, food and sports while signing papers with a lawyer and someone you thought you knew.

My wife and I have been here a few times. They have a seasonal menu that changes every few months but the food is always amazing and the service is outstanding. We've never had a bad experience. Their prices are also fair for the area and the quality. Highly recommend.

$$ - I have been to the their club/bar upstairs called Fifth Social a few times and loved it every time. But, I went downstairs for dinner to the Pub for the first time and was not too impressed with everything. The vibe was pretty good and very Canadian which was nice. We had the bartender serving us which is alright, but he was very busy making drinks that he only checked on us twice, once to take our order and once to bring the bill. I ordered the Classic Burger, which was a good size, but the burger was mildly dry. I can get past a poor burger, it was just the bad customer service which wasn't too enjoyable. I understand if it was a packed house that it may take longer to get service, but it wasn't too busy in the Pub. Would definitely go back for drinks sometime, not a great place for food it seems though.
