If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Due to inclement, icy weather in Louisiana my cousins and I were unable to attend the one year anniversary for our cousin s small business, From Fat to Fit. Therefore we decided to get him a token of honor for his accomplishment. I contacted Dot at Recognition Plus today, and she was more than willing to assist us with a last minute order for his celebratory dinner tomorrow. I cannot thank Dot and the staff enough for constructing a beautiful plaque for our cousin and being patient with this last minute request. THANK YOU!! It is BEAUTIFUL and I know he will be overwhelmed with joy once he sees it. Keep in mind I m in Louisiana and was able to complete this order via phone/email from start to finish; then have a relative pick it up today! If I ever need another service, I definitely plan to contact this business for ALL my needs! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

This was my second time here and this is an incredible place for personalized gifts and special items for employees or family. I have worked with Mindy and Dot on both projects. So impressed with their professionalism, can do attitude and work ethic to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I have really enjoyed working with their team and look forward to getting more items engraved!

Customer service was excellent, and took the time to explain the process and details thoroughly. Lisa was great, and extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to expedite my request due to last minute request on my end. Would recommend.

It was a few months back, but had a fantastic experience here when I needed a number of awards made on very, very short notice. They were able to accommodate our needs and were incredibly pleasant and professional to deal with. Will certainly use them again.
