Beautiful property with amazing views of Lake Louise. Even if you don't choose to stay the night here, you must stop in for tea or lunch. The staff is amazing and it's really worthy of a visit.

We've been to a lot of beautiful places and hotels, but our room was amazing!! Check out the view from our bed!!

The COVID 19 protocols were visible everywhere which made us and our family feel very safe throughout our entire stay.

The food was not the best but I'm not holding that against them as they had to modify and close restaurants due to Covid19.

Make sure to canoe on the lake - it's amazing!

Thank you for giving our family memories for a lifetime!

Lake louise always mesmerizing place. Natures wonder should be visited in all season all year. Hands off to beautiful Fairmont Hotel. Great replenishing service and a spectacular mountain view. Incredibly beautiful. Will come back soon.

Beautiful views - but the service is horrible.

Beautiful views - but the service is horrible.

I've stayed at many motels with friendlier staff. Most workers of the hotel are extremely slow and unpleasant. My family was denied service at one of the restaurants (Lagos "Italian") because we said we were there for dessert... and there about 20 open tables. The bad service paired with the overwhelming droves of Asian tourists have led to an extremely rare 1 star review from me.

Very accommodating and went above and beyond. Price is very high compared to other properties in the area, but you get what you pay for. Price of amenities on property should be lower with the cost of room per night.

Considering this was my very first time to a 5 start hotel I'm not exactly the best person to rate this venue. That being said the hotel has so much beautiful artwork, amazing staff and top notch customer service. I'd definitely go back again!

Out in the middle of nowhere but there certainly are a variety of dining opportunities. Since skating on the lake was a wonderful experience. Wish there were more activities, but we did go during the off season! So we went skiing! All in all, a good time and worth visiting. Very friendly people!

Was just passing through on the way to hike to the top of the mountain that is next to it. Hotel is beautiful. Mainly young professionals or retirees that dine in the restaurant and bar. Service is prompt. Good is delicious. The bar is a good hangout spot. There is a giant Scrabble board on the wall near the bathroom. Really fun to play

Great hotel, and their annual ice sculptures are amazing. They also have an ice bar outside which you have to experience. If you happen to stay at the hotel, make sure to look at the lake from the top floor!

It's a beautiful placeto stay in with the view of the lake and the amenities within the hotel itself. Very clean rooms and the staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

My husband and I tavelled here in April 2 years ago, and we couldn't wait to return. It is even better in January! We were given an extraordinary suite (we highly recommend the Gold floor) with an unobstructed view of the mountains, Lake Victoria and the glaciers. Of all the Fairmonts we have stayed, this is by far the friendliest. Everyone is attentive but not overly so--as if wonderful friends opened their luxurious home to us. We ice skated, hiked, skied (of course), swam and steamed, relaxed, and ate wonderful food. We can't wait to return again.

This place is stunning. However paying $5.00 for a cup of coffee is pretty pricey.
Come prepare to spend lots when you come here. However, the mountains are breath taking. Only been in winter. Resembles a scene from Narnia. You will love it especially those with children.

Thank you all for a stupendous visit!! My ailing father absolutely enjoyed the fairy tale of Lake Louise: natural beauty, grand dame hotel and exquisite hospitality!! Having the luxury to admire the lake as the light changes through the day, minute by minute, and stay warm at the same time was a real treat!

Always a great time at staying, dining or shopping here the views are amazing. Take the time to rent a canoe and go for a few hours on the lake. If you like to hike head to the tea house you wont regret it.

I come here for the Lake View Lounge. Great view. Good food. The best French Onion soup that I have ever had. And I make it a point to order French Onion soup everywhere I see it.

***I would wait until COVID is resolved before coming though; their menu is limited due to COVID and everything that I love, except the view, is not available.***

It's a great hotel. But very busy during summers. Unless you are staying there don't expect to get any table reservation in the restaurants. The staff is also not very helpful. I would not waste time.

Just beautiful. Best part of the Rockies in my opinion and if you get a good room with a view then the Fairmont is definitely the place to stay. But that s the main reason I give it a good rating. Fairmont itself is in need of renovation in many places, is crazy expensive, staff are hit and miss.

Beautiful property in a scenic location. We had a lake facing room and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Snow peaked mountains and a frozen lake slowly melting. Smaller trees but green nonetheless and people sitting by the lake near a bonfire. So many good restaurants to choose from. We finally settled on Alpine in the lower lobby. The seafood chowder soup was great and the buffalo wings quite spicy. Ravioli was vegetarian which was also great. The room was huge. Probably the bathroom itself is equal in size to one of the smaller hotel rooms. I would give five stars for the location and the building alone. The quality of the food was an added bonus.

This is a gorgeous property, a beautifully appointed hotel, and so much more. The service everywhere on property was professional and of the quality you would expect. However, there was a warmth and genuine concern that was such a refreshing change from the norm at this caliber hotel. Every single staff member was engaging and thoroughly attentive to all our needs. Every single staff member took genuine pleasure in their job and the guests they interacted with. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. We had breakfast from in room dining, prompt and delicious, delivered by a charming young woman. We had high tea, our server Jonah was a delight, professional and engaging without being intrusive. Everything on the menu was fresh and prepared with extraordinary care. Likewise our dinner at Willser Stube was beyond compare. Cheese Fondue with Black Truffle, Chateaubriand with delicious fresh vegetables, and amazing dark chocolate dessert fondue. The attention to detail was exquisite, the pickled vegetables included the usual suspects and turmeric pickled onions that I will dream about for a long, long time. We enjoyed all of this with a lovely bottle of French wine at a table that looked out at the Victoria Glacier and her beautiful daughter, Lake Louise. We were planning our return long before we checked out to go home

Winter holiday Dec 2019 with my family. Breathtaking view, we skate on frozen lake Louise. You can rent skates at chateau lobby. We had lunch overlooking beautiful Lake Louise. Elegant classy hotel, great staff and nice food. Worth the visit.
