Had a wonderful night here with my friends at bottomless prosecco evenings. My only complaint is the portions were somewhat lacking in the meal however the many glasses of prosecco and fantastic service made up for it.

Good vibe a good wine bar/restaurant. Music is a bit loud to me.

Excellent place for a fun sophisticated night out. Great selection of drinks and cocktails to suit every taste. The service is very friendly and efficient. This is a popular destination be prepared for a lively atmosphere and a possible wait for a table.

Food and service good, I suggest more non alcohol beers, there is only one option brewdog - not the best

They put the booze into boozy brunch, but maybe fill up on some food before you go, the portions are too small for how much you could potentially drink.

Fabulous smoking area and drink choices but very expensive

It has a private area you can rent for parties upstairs - with own bar and heated outside area.

Food was lovely, and love that we were able to sit and chat well after we had finished our ood, will be back.....

Just had THE most amazing brunch/ experience at The Exchecquer Wine bar. Peter the owner was just so warm, professional & attentive & Nessa was so lovely also. The cheese platter that was presented at our request was just superb. The warm bread & warm grilled veg were really appreciated. I cannot wait to come back. Keep up the great work.

The Exchequer is one of the very few place I don't eat, purely because there's no markings on the menu, a lot of the food looks to have some form of gluten based item in it and the staff didn't instill confidence that the food would be ok to eat. In saying that, the cocktails (when not having a biscuit rim) are top notch!

We had a great experience there on Sat. The steaks were delicious. The service was really good and the atmosphere was lively. We had the house red and it was really nice wine.

The "Smokey Old Fashioned" is absolutely amazing and worth coming in just for that. Amazing. Key lime pie cocktail is fairly tasty too.

Had my birthday there - they threw the cake box and bag away, but fished the bag back out of the bin and presented the leftover cake to us with sauce and mayo all over the bag. No apology or anything. Extremely disappointed.

Average wine bar in Ranelagh. Good wine selection but I took off 3 stars for the subpar ambience. There are other nearby places to grab a drink (or glass of wine!) In Ranelagh. Try those instead!

Calamari WOW. Overall a lovely experience and will b back AGAIN

This was one of my first outings since covid restrictions lifted for restaurants and I must say that it was a great choice! The manager Sergio and his team made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. They gave us a spacious table away from other diners, ensured that we all felt safe, were so efficient with the food and drink service. Highly recommend! I will certainly be returning!

Great Drunch at the weekends, they constantly refill your prosecco glass. Better than other drunch's I've been to where they either water down the alcohol or don't pour very often or both!

The food here is absolutely terrible. I ordered the mushroom pasta for brunch and the tomatoe sauce tasted like a jar of crushed tomatoes at Tesco, lacking seasoning and salt. Pasta was overcooked & mushrooms we're barely fried. The decor and setting of this restaurant is great but I would go here for wine only.

Wonderful staff, wide variety of wines/drinks, lovely cheese boards AND dog friendly - doesn't get much better!

Beyond the extreme effort they do with every cocktail and presentation of food and drinks, the staff makes you feel like family, always going out of their way for any request you may have. I have been back several times and will continue to return.

Brilliant brunch-great food and exceptional service! The only thing I'd change would be ditch the high tables and stools but that's just personal preference. Highly recommend!

Croquettes really good! Chicken tapas tasted leathery and no flavour at all. Prawns pil pil were watery. Really disappointed with my dinner overall :(

Great spot for wine and cheese. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - recommended two completely new to me wines that I loved. Definitely be back on my next visit to Dublin.

Really enjoyed it, the Sunday roast was amazing 70 for five people including a bottle of lovely white !! ... and to make it even better I was allowed to bring my dog, once you book in advance. They had fabulous a outside eating area which dogs are allowed into. Definitely going to book again. Staff were great also.

The wine selection is amazing and the selection of food is good. The Exchequer is s great place to unwind with friends while having one of the excellent wines or a mixed drink which is something that is out of the ordinary. The bartender was a mixologist with a great personality and a keen knowledge for cocktails, highballs, duos and trios.. The staff was both friendly and cordial. GREAT PLACE!

Went to have brunch for a birthday. You know what is great? When the vegetarian options are sad and scarce. You know what is even better? When you order an eggs Benedict without the ham (you can't get it replaced with salmon btw) to find More

Really recommend, cool vibe. Has a great drinks selection. Enjoyed the food, shared a chicken wings portion to start then had the slow cooked ribs. Service was friendly and efficient. Considering we were walk-ins on a Saturday night, we were really impressed.

Hadn't been before but went with my family this evening. Great atmosphere and nice setting outside. Food was great and friendly service. Places like this need to be supported during the current restrictions.

David the head bar guy and Ben were absolutely brilliant. David gave myself and my friend Vicky a lovely wine tasting experience and we chose the best Bottle that suited us. He was from start to finish absolutely excellent at his job and friendly and professional. Was great to have the banter and also eat in one of my fave D6 Wine bars. Always a pleasure to come here, and have a five star experience!

Outdoor seating was very cold. We didn t have any heater near us. Food was average but service was great

Bottomless brunch is great! The place has a good atmosphere and welcomed my friends and I very well. The menu seem to have changed recently and most of the options are quite small - just the burger was actually filling. I'd suggest adding a couple of other vegetarian / vegan options

It was crowded and yet the service was attentive and very friendly. About the food is to say that it was fantastic. A very small card but with the possibility to share plates and taste a lot. We have kept our house wine (28 ) but this was a success.

Good wine, very very pricy even by London standards, a nice buzz, great for meeting friends or colleagues, but choose wisely and dont stay too long otherwise it will create a hole in your wallet. For that reason it is/maybe overpriced and not yet. Five star place
