Good hotel. Not difficult to find. Delicious street food.

Service is the thing that creates warmth for customers. This place has good service and that feeling. Try it.

Used to attend seminars at this hotel during January 61 It used to be a complex, everything has a pub, a disco, but time has passed, but the hotel is still beautiful. Bupfa Restaurant There are many food choices. Almost everything delicious

Stayed on business trip twice! The room is clean and ok, it is convenient to eat nearby!

The venue is ok. There are Japanese restaurants, delicious buffets as well.

To attend the wedding of relatives The hotel is OK. But the personal feeling is that the bathroom is far from the banquet room. Not very convenient, especially with elderly adult relatives having to walk very far. For adults, it may not feel like a problem. But it is very difficult for the elderly who have to walk to the bathroom far and the parking is inconvenient. The entrance is a small channel in the middle of the building which is an alley road cut through the building. Imagine being difficult. And the car is very narrow During the curvature of the curve, it is very narrow. Be very careful. It is recommended that you park your car in the parking lot below. But had to park very hot in the sun If parked in the evening or the night is enough But if parked during the day, the oven is good, including 3 stars

Luxury is good. I don't know the price at all because I stayed free. The food is ok. Very much. I like it.

Overall it was a disappointing stay.

1. Staff are not well trained. Receptionists communication skills were lacking. I did not know that each room were provided with a hair dryer, so I asked the reception if there was a hair dryer available. They said they were out of stock. Only on my 3rd enquiry on the 3rd day did they understand my question and stated that there was a hair dryer in the table drawer. You can understand my frustration.

2. Wi-fi is extremely slow or almost non existent, even for basic WhatsApp. AND you would have to go down to the reception to get your Username and your Password. They will only give it to you upon Request.

3. The Swimming Pool was pleasant BUT the walls could have be cleaned a tad bit. I enjoyed the pool most out of the whole hotel facility.

4. Food was decent. No complains here. :)

A SORT OF POSITIVE NOTE:
My mum and I got checked into a smoking floor. Unfortunately, the whole hotel was booked and we could only move into another room the next day.

I was frustrated that my first request to change rooms was that they would check and get back to me and they never did. UNTIL I called back.

I was also frustrated that they could not chek if there was anyone checking out the next day or if I could even get a room the next day (at this point, I was already planning to move to another hotel). I was more turned off by the way they handled the situation which was they thoroughly dismissed me and totally hung up one.

THEN I decided to go down to the reception and settle the issue. They were actually able to confirm a room for me as it was all in their system. You could use understand the irritation as they could have easily told me this over the phone.

So I also requested for wet towels to block the door gaps for the night which they said they would happily do. BUT when they came, they only came with fragrant sprays which I have repeatedly said NO to since the start of this whole drama AND they said they were unable to prepare the towels for me. I was tired, it was midnight, my mum reacting to the smoke smell, I just let the whole situation go. I just wanted to sleep.

So the next morning going to breakfast, I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I opened the door that they have actually put a towel at the door gap. So at least that was positive. You just need energy to continuously ask and request. LOL.

Four-star hotel gives four stars, bath water is not hot

A hotel that all the things (room, service and food) are just about right.

quite tidy a well design, will swimming poo and gym. breakfast is fairly good selections of Thai and europium common menu.

Stayed at the hotel several nights during a conference our company hosted here.

We stayed in a deluxe room in the Emerald Tower wing, which is at the back of the hotel away from the main road. My room was on the 24th floor.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, the bathroom was huge. The room was well lighted, unlike some other hotels where it's quite dim in the room and difficult to even read unless you're in the toilet. The bed was comfortable. The pillow was a little soft, but you can make up for it by stacking up two pillows and use them.

Throughout our stay, we didn't notice any significant noise, especially during the night, so we could sleep well.

Wifi was included in our conference package so we had internet access throughout out stay. However, they only allow one set of passwords per room, and that's only for a maximum of two devices, which was quite restrictive. All of us had several devices per person, and it was quite inconvenient to have to log out from one device in order to log in on another.

There seemed to be quite a lot of tourists from mainland China. This would not be a problem except that they were mostly loud, inconsiderate, and behaved as if the hotel belonged to them. If you don't mind that kind of nuisance then you'd probably not be bothered by them.

The hotel is near to lots of eating places. There is a night market just less than 100 meters away. The hotel is also just next to Huai Khwang MRT station, and you can get to major shopping centres just one or two MRT stations away. If you want to venture further, to Sukhumvit road or other places, the MRT is a convenient way to travel.

Their conference facilities were adequate. The staff were very helpful (despite some of them having limited understanding of English). All our needs during the conference were met, and they were very accommodating to our requests.

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and would probably host our conference here again.

Friendly staff. Is just like my 2nd home when I stay in this hotel. Because I stay in this hotel for the pass 25 year.

The restaurant is worth the price, a bit less parking.

Is a 4-5 star hotel, next to Rama 9 Road, about 500 meters from the BRT subway station. There are many conference rooms.

Staff is great hotel is clean and rooms are well made up food is good But problem I have is they raised prices on things like drinks mini bar and in this time of high baht I will be surprised if they don't have fewer return guests but it is a problem of their own making.

One of the best hotels when you visit Bangkok International Dental Centre (BIDC). They have nice rooms and allowed visitors if speak to reception.

It used to be a legend of luxury.
The present inside the room is fairly old.
The windshield in the room cannot open to the wind. But the view and the restaurant are still excellent.

The food is delicious, although the building looks a bit worn out.

20130826: I got a good hotel because I had to make a business meeting in the lobby. Meeting will be good too ... . Netbay was close to the company, and Netbay headed to the hotel. Egu traffic is blocked. Staff are friendly.
