What a fantastic home! After visiting, Mum is for the first time, thinking a lot more seriously about the option of a Care Home. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and seem to genuinely care. The furniture and fittings are absolutely outstanding - luxurious. The offerings on the menu are top class and we tasted the tea and cake which is made on the premises. Superb!
What an amazing place this is! Our marquee hire company was appointed to install a marquee for their 1st anniversary. I was totally blown away with the quality of the rooms and of the whole building itself. All of the staff there were so polite and could tell have been through lots of training. We were kept fed and watered all day. You guys were a token example of the perfect client. Keep up the good work guys!
This is by far one of the most beautiful care homes I've had the pleasure of visiting, this is equally matched with the high standards of care. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff at Elton and I would have no hesitations about sending a loved one here.
I went to visit Elton House with my Mum and was so pleased with the homely, warm welcome we received. The staff were so helpful with all aspects of the care they offer and the guidance we received made a real difference to us both. The home itself was beautiful and well designed, and the high standards relating to activities, food and care were evident throughout
I would like to take the time to recommend Elton House Care Home as the team there are very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and kind and have been able to help in so many different ways. The building itself is unlike any other care home I have visited, being homely, yet luxurious and very well planned
I dropped a client off and wasn't aware the place was a care home. I thought it was a five star hotel. Staff were like something from British Airways and the place and rooms are the best I've seen and trust me. I've seen most due to the nature of my job. Amazing but little known place. A gem.
Elton House feels more like a hotel than a care home. Whilst the nursing care is excellent, with the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, this is generally confined to residents rooms. The common areas do not feel like a care home, and with a coffee bar, hairdresser, cinema and waiter service restaurant it really feels like a hotel.
If I have one criticism it is that their marketing material does not do them justice
