My girls have been attending Ellis for nine years! They love Ellis!!

My two daughters have attended Ellis for several years.
They have made good friends and have discovered their passions, such as soccer art, math and music.
The student body is very diverse, and my girls have grown up in an environment of inclusiveness where students embrace and accept their differences.
The academics are rigorous, but the teachers are accessible and willing to help.
The school teaches girls not only the subjects themselves, but how to learn--good study habits, time management, how to ask good questions and make good observations.

I used to teach there, was treated badly, and then tossed out, but whats worse is I learned that they've done it to disabled students as well: wwwDOTleagleDOTcom/decision/infdco20181114h42 (Replace DOT with a . )

My daughter has been here since pre-K and has had a phenomenal experience.

My granddaughters both attend this excellent lower school. They have loved it since day one. The teachers are warm and encouraging and make learning fun and interesting. They learn so many things I wasn't even exposed to in high school. We couldn't be happier with their education and the opportunities at Ellis!!!

Parents BEWARE and WARNED. I am very disappointed in this administration as well as a few teachers with regards to how they handle bullying. They are more concerned for their own reputation and liability issues than a student who has been bullied and the psychological aspects that stem from it. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP AND ELLIS BETTER GET A GRIP SOON OR THEY WILL BE EXPOSED BY SOME OTHER FAMILY IN THE FUTURE. THE COUNSELORS ARE GREAT BUT THEY ARE HELPLESS AGAINST THIS ADMINISTRATION. SO PARENTS BEWARE AND READ OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS VERY SAME ISSUE. It is more devastating to a child who has been a victim of bullying when their own teacher and administration does not stand behind them. Instead, at Ellis, they will treat the bullied child as though THEY are at fault and dismiss them from their school. Making that child feel worthless. I am hopeful this has not scared my granddaughter. She already has trouble sleeping and eating and needs counseling from all this. So parents please beware. It's not just the bully but how a school handles it is very important to the well being and growth of a child this young. Physical bullying in schools NEEDS to END - "Keep your hands to yourself" is all that needs to be said to a child who hits and punches!!!!

We couldn't be happier with Ellis as a choice for our daughter. The academics are rigorous and balanced, the teachers are dedicated, and the community is welcoming and supportive.

It has been such a joy to watch my daughter's love of learning grow at Ellis. She comes everyday eager to tell me what she's learning and her excitement is palpable. Our family is very grateful to be a part of the Ellis community!
