This is one of the worst hospitals to go to for emergency reasons, lack of communication and have people sitting outside the on the bench in the cold and don't ask if you need anything leave you for hours without notifying you any information and the all the employees there are rude and disrespectful never again im ever going there. They should of stayed closed for good.

If it all possible please, please avoid this hospital if you care about your loved ones.
Back on May 28th, my mother was admitted into the ER room experiencing shortness of breath and pain in her shoulder.
The same day while there I was told that my mother was coming along really good and her EKG came back normal as well as her vitals.
Saturday I'm waiting to hear back from the hospital and gets around noon so I figured Instead of calling them that I would just drive over to the hospital to check on my mother.
Upon my arrival, I asked The front desk person how my mother was doing.
I gave her my mother's name and to my surprise, I was told that there was no person there by that name.
Several coworkers came behind her to help her look my mother up on the computer took roughly about 15 minutes for them to find out that my mother had gone home.
Here's the problem, my mother lives with me, as I told them "Home" is with me, if my mother was home she would be with me and I would not be up here.
Now they are In a panic trying to locate where my mother went. You can only imagine the fear and the anxiety that I was going through at this particular time.
Another 10 minutes go by and they find it in the computer that she went to a rehab center, and asked me "is that where she lives?"
Again, I tell them no she doesn't live there she lives with me but she was in the rehab facility for physical therapy after her surgery.
I asked them a simple question, why didn't somebody call me and let me know that she was being discharged from your hospital?
I mentioned to them that somebody should have called and informed me about my mother. I was told that she was picked up by the ambulance at midnight.
Before I drove over to the rehab facility I called the hospital asking to speak to a director or admin manager. I was told by the nurse on duty that he wouldn't be in until memorial day.
Furthermore, I informed her about what happened to my mother and asked her why didn't someone call me. What's is your protocol regarding contacting families who have love ones in your hospital?
She mentioned to me that somebody should have called and was sorry that it didn't happen but it didn't happen on her shift it happened on the night shift.
Then I asked her to take down my name and telephone number and to give my information, and what happened to my mother, to the director or the administrator, and I would love to hear back from him (I said him because she gave me his name).
She assured me that he would call me on Memorial Day - which was his return back to work date.
It is now June 8th and I have not heard back from the hospital nor him.
Please know that I will continue to call until someone addresses this gross negligence!
Do not come here if you are a cardiac patient they don t have access to read a loop recorder can only take an EKG and x ray. Came by ambulance and the dr told me I needed to go elsewhere they didn t have what I needed. They get an extra star for being honest and professional but just lacking basic needs.
We have been waiting for 3 hours in an almost empty waiting room. The incompetent staff have no idea what is going on, and refuse to give us any information about when we will be able to see a doctor.
My wife came in for an ER visit a few weeks ago and the attending doctor was very rude! His bedside manner and lack of elaboration on the diagnosis left us speechless and with more questions. He was so quick to go to his office. I've worked in healthcare for over 25 years and have not run across a doctor so uninvolved with his patients. I do not recall the name of the doctor but he is of an Asian persuasion. I would like a call from the facility to follow up on this.

Thanks again for your attention in this matter. Patients don't want to go to the ER, but when they do, their experience should be a positive one concerning staff!
One of your security officers under the tik tok name blackbiden83 has been recording parts of the hospital and even patients in the waiting room, spreading misinformation. They ve even managed to post recording on the information desk containing numbers and could possibly P.I.
I don t feel safe there, they let an angry security guard roam the halls filming. He s targeting people on his phone and exposing them on and social media when they re sick in the hospital.
