Great bar and comfortable atmosphere. Lots of student employees that were great to talk with. They cared about doing a good job.

Beautiful place to eat, have a drink, stay, or have an event.

Large, nice rooms, helpful and pleasant staff, and amazingly convenient to walk around downtown Lawrence. I would definitely stay here again.

I also enjoy my visits to the Jayhawker at the Eldridge. Good service, great drinks, and excellent food.

We just ate there, but it was amazing. Some if the best food I have had at a reasonable price. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Had brunch here and it was my worst brunch experience. Cold toast, cold eggs, cold potatoes, etc.

Had reservations for 7, slow night didn t get food until 830, server barely came around. Definitely not going back it was ridiculous

Affordable luxury in Downtown Lawrence. We stayed for a girl's trip and had a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay the night and have dinner. Liked the original dining room. Hated the fact they added too much TV in that room now. They should have maybe left it original or made it updated a bit but the original was better.

Stayed the night for wedding, staff was very friendly, room was very large and had 2 nice size TVs, the bed was comfy and the ac worked very well.

Left my wallet there once, when I went back for it the waiter recognised me at once and approached before I said anything; good dessert too!

Went for Thanksgiving; great service, okay food. Very expensive

You know, for a fancy restaurant, you'd think the service Is top notch. But no. My wife got us a reservation and when we got there, it took awhile just to get a table. So what's the point in reservations? And when we were seated, it took 10+ minutes just to even get a glass of water. My wife had to flag a waiter down just to seek service. So 30 minutes go by and we're just having a couple drinks and contemplating where else we should have dinner instead. Head down to Jefferson's down the street from eldridge if you want some real service and even better prices!

Was really disappointed that there was no baby changing station in either of the lobby bathrooms.

Very cool vibe. Clean rooms. Excellent service. Staff pointed out free parking nearby.

Attended for a swing dance in the basement. Had a few drinks which were very tasty. They brought us complementary water while dancing which was very kind of them.

The new layout and architecture is amazing. I dont know how long it has been reopened, but the staffing seamed all wrong. Some employees were killing them selfs while others stood around. The food and drink menu looked so good, that we regeted not going to the eldride for our anniversary. By time we lift we thought the grocery store had better ready made food. It was all show and no substance. I would probably try it again, but I dont know when.
