Like the crispy fresh bread. Crab cake was really good as was the sashimi. Steaks were very good. Cocktails could have been better, expecting more flavor from the smoked old fashioned, regular old fashioned was pretty much just bourbon, that is not necessarily bad if all you wanted was just bourbon. Service was great.

I have only dined here once, I usually like to see a restaurant's consistency before reviewing, but the staff was attentive to drinks, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and food prep. The steaks were good, maybe not as flavorful as they could have been, the sides were great, and the the hot stone appetizer and tallow candle were welcome surprises. Looking forward to trying them again once the remodel is done. I wish they had a larger cut for the N.Y. strip.

Excellent food, drinks & service! Its pricy, but worth it, especially if you're out for a special occasion. My husband said the lamb chop was one of the best he has ever had. They have a small outdoor patio you can sit on which made us more comfortable with Covid. The inside atmosphere is beautiful though.

My husband and I made reservations for our anniversary and were excited about dining at this very nice restaurant. The hostess took us to a table in the bar area on other side of the wall of the actual restaurant. The ambiance was lacking and were in the presence of loud crowds and TVs. Not at all what we anticipated. So we asked to be moved into the restaurant and the hostess said that was "the extension of the restaurant due to Covid". Well you are short changing people of a nice dining experience by seating them in the bar. When you pay the money for a nice dinner, you seat them INSIDE the restaurant. Eventually they "found" us a table, and there were plenty of open tables socially distanced inside the restaurant. I am giving them only 2 stars for their lack of consideration for people paying a heavy tab to seat them in a bar!! I will give them 5 stars for the food, our knowledgeable server and the service during dinner. PLEASE think about your patrons and what they expect when coming in to dine. Paying $300 + for dinner deserves nice AMBIANCE!!! It is very important and some people don't speak up although they may not like the table you sat them at in the bar!!

One of the best dinner and dinner experiences we have had in Denver. The restaurant has a modern decor. This is a steakhouse with a seasonal menu. The staff is helpful and friendly. For the appetizers I would recommend the hot stone. For a main course the steaks are amazing. I had a wagyu new york and my wife had the lamb chops. Both were perfectly seared and cooked to medium rare. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was great too. This has instantly become one of our favorite restaurants.

This was a Bar Visit, to the Edge Restaurant and Bar. A lovely bar area for a spot of relaxation, music, food and drink. The waitresses are very attentive and overall is a great atmosphere. There are two TV's above the bar to watching entertainment or sports. Food can be made till around 10pm but ask waitresses before hand. If your nearby, be sure to check it out!
