I've attempted to find a job through this company twice on separate occasions. Sadly, I haven't had the support needed to gain experience and possibly land a job. Its obvious these "recruiters" are in it for the commission/numbers. Its so easy to get lost and forgotten about. I would contact and email my recruit constantly and the only dull response I would get it "I haven't found anything for you that matches your experience." It shouldn't be this difficult to land a temp job through a temp agency. I don't find this any different than finding a job on your own.

Hands down, best staffing agency partner I've ever worked with in my 11 years in staffing. They are much more focused on client satisfaction and doing the right thing, than many other staffing agencies who are chasing after the money. They believe in building long term relationships / partnerships that will bring in continued business. Evan Levine and Kristine Carpenter are our main points of contact but every employee we've interacted with at Eastridge are just good people and incredibly talented. Would recommend to anyone with any external staffing needs.

After working for eastridge for literally 4 days of employment I can honestly say not only are these the most incompetent people I have ever worked with at a temp agency, but also the most unwilling to rectify their own mistakes in any matter close to professional. First, they placed me to work with ftd flower delivery which promised no less than 35 hrs a week...first week on the floor? 16 hours.

Then, Samantha...sends me an email the day before payday explaining they had not received payroll info for me after using security badges, computer log ins and scheduling not to mention it was a training week which requires the trainer and company to track attendence and hours which I was later told by their client HR rep they had sent, yet east ridge and their employees found extreme difficulties with managing their payroll info and told me to expect my paycheck the next payday.

Speaking with Samantha on the phone demonstrates a poor decision making issue on eastridge's part, as her mundane, careless and un-motivated demeaner showcases the typical incompetence behind college possibly high school "young adults" you don't want to have in charge of anything regarding YOUR pay as this was a conversation they didn't decide to have until the end of the following week with emails sent telling me this AS I was on the job. The upper manager I believe name is Maria spoke with me after and due to me being upset openly tells me "due to my not trusting the company they must terminate our business together", as all incompetence was on their part, east ridge refused to work with me to rectify their mistake and keeps communication regarding these important matters mute until you reach them.

The Recruiter that i had been assigned to Stephanie, wasn't so very professional or Kind she made false accusations of my presentation at mt interview because she was informed that i had spoken to another recruiter JB. I would look else where for placement if looking to work in manufacturing.

I was just graduated from college and was contacted by a recruiter, her name is Jenna Summerfield, from Eastridge and got my first full-time job! She is very friendly and professional during this whole process. If you're looking for a career reach out to Eastridge.

This company works wonders, especially Jenna Summerfield a passionate, dedicated, and qualified recruiter at Eastridge!!! She helped me land my first job after college at one of the best medical device companies in the world, Dexcom. Throughout the entire application process, she was a great source of support and encouragement. She provided me with very useful techniques to ace my interview, and I did just that thanks to her! I recommend anyone who is struggling with employment to contact her. I guarantee you will love her just as much as I do, and more importantly, acquire that job you have been seeking for ages!

Angelica Terre is very sweet and very helpful. She will keep you posted from time to time and she will make efforts to get connected with you. We should hire more people like Angelica T. especially in a recruiting agency. And guaranteed will meet our satisfaction. If you can get the chance to choose a recruiter, request her.

Evan Levine reached out to me with a job position that was so perfect for me, I could not believe it. He stayed in contact with me and was available all the time to answer any questions I had about the job position and interview. I am now employed with Enjoy UK all thanks to Evan. Without him, I would have not come across this job position as I had no idea it existed in the first place! Thank's a lot Evan, I will forever appreciate what you have done for me. I signed up with Eastridge in 2014 and stay until as of 05/09/2017. The team gave me the pre-test before I goes into the company to work. It really helped me to prepare and find out what type of company I'm working for.
Eastridge have onsite manager within the company, so if I have any issues with anything, they were there to answer any concerns. I do believe as long as you are a good worker, they will find work for you. But if you don't show interest or not proactive, they don't want to waist their times and effort for you. In reality with any companies would do the same. I'm being honest of what I see and what I got treated from them with courtesy and respect. As far as the hours given, I truly understand not from Eastridge perspective but from within the company's given hours due to lack of work, which they can let you go home early or give more or less hours, or end your assignment. Certain manager that are caring and understanding and certain are not. I hope this review will help anyone looking for temp. agency.

I wish I could ve able to give them -5 stars, it was the worst day of my life when i worked with them btw I am saying that while i am still working with them IDC!!!! They don t answer calls emails text nothing, checks are always LATE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Stay away from this place ..the employers are racist..I had a bad experience and felt cheated ..I work with them for 5months without calling sick any day with good record..and someone report to them that I did something..the next thing they did was to end my assignment without calling or giving my a chance to express and defend my self simply because the complainant from same country as my employer ...it s a shame my hardwork is rewarded this way ..Shame on your company ..Shame

The most unprofessional person I've ever had. President of workforce recruitment is rude, inappropriate, unprepared, unknowledgeable, lacked of basic concept. Please do not make nothing with them again.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an IT staffing agency, I would not recommend working with these guys.
