I signed up with Eastridge in 2014 and stay until as of 05/09/2017. The team gave me the pre-test before I goes into the company to work. It really helped me to prepare and find out what type of company I'm working for.
Eastridge have onsite manager within the company, so if I have any issues with anything, they were there to answer any concerns. I do believe as long as you are a good worker, they will find work for you. But if you don't show interest or not proactive, they don't want to waist their times and effort for you. In reality with any companies would do the same. I'm being honest of what I see and what I got treated from them with courtesy and respect. As far as the hours given, I truly understand not from Eastridge perspective but from within the company's given hours due to lack of work, which they can let you go home early or give more or less hours, or end your assignment. Certain manager that are caring and understanding and certain are not. I hope this review will help anyone looking for temp. agency.
