Marylebone is so under rated and this hotel is testament to that. Great rooms, food and service. Location is unbeatable.
Marylebone is so under rated and this hotel is testament to that. Great rooms, food and service. Location is unbeatable.
Exceptional staff, beautifully appointed, the epitome of class and understatement
Comfortable rooms for a well located and warm hotel.
Kind staff especially Andrew at the entrance door, always smiling and willing to help.
Higly recommended!
They served me expired complimentary chocolates, apparently this is how they treat platinum members.
Great location and feel to the main areas. The rooms need sound proofing, the staff have a poor level of comprehension, breakfast service is slow and a bit all over the place.
Good private dining. Spacious rooms for the most with some narrow parts. Very good food and wine selection.
OMG it's amazing, food ambience and staff five star
Helou looking for work at the hotel to clean the rooms please help me if you can give more details about the hotel thank you nice
Friendly staff, great location small rooms but spotlessly clean.
Amazing helpful and friendly staff. Very professional. The lounge bar is beautiful
Great service, nice hotel. Didn't stay overnight, just had lunch there.
Great place in decent location. Be careful at night.
I made a reservation at this hotel for 4 nights for the Deluxe Room. Upon arriving at the hotel at 4 pm to check-in, I experienced a frustrating delay of 40-45 minutes due to a problem with their system and the booking. I explained my concerns to Theano, the acting Guest Relations Manager at the time.
Theano was very professional in handling the situation and was very kind throughout the entire experience I had with her. I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism she showed in understanding the initial experience I had with their hotel and did everything in her power to make sure I have the upmost positive experience during my stay. She made it her duty to ensure I enjoyed everything about my stay from the upgraded room, to the complimentary breakfast, and all the way to the room service dinner I ordered by providing some deserts and adding a pleasant letter!
Unlike other hotels where you would speak to the manager once and that's all you heard from them. Theano kept in touch with me throughout the entire stay and showed her importance of keeping guests happy. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart and really is the best part of this hotel if you're fortunate to meet her.
The staff here are nice and the breakfast was pleasant. The Deluxe room is actually quite nice even though Theano provided a larger room for the trouble I experienced.
It's the way Theano handled the situation that makes this a 5/5 star hotel.
The hotel is located in an excellent area. The service was great, the staff is super friendly especially Jojo!
The only negative thing I can mention is the fact that the inside is a bit too dark. I totally recommend it.
Staff are excellent throughout - faultless service. Rooms are a little small, but well appointed and good quality furnishings. Bar is good and well stocked with scotch.
Stayed here just before Christmas with my family. Super rooms and excellent customer service. The restaurant offers a high standard of cuisine and a relaxed vibe bar.
Thanks Gunther and team
Amazing staff, amazing decoration and amazing food!
I had the pleasure to host The Marylebone Hotel. She made a real effort to leave the premises as clean as when she arrived. Would love to have her back!
This truly is an incredible boutique hotel, amidst access to a lovely neighborhood and staff that will make sure that your stay is a top of the tops quality. The surrounding area is great for a stroll and shopping while the storefront windows are a gateway to the trendiest and classic design showrooms of the area. I was awestruck by their decor at Christmas holidays, fireplace and small sitting areas along the ways to a great restaurant and sweet bar. I highly recommend everything about The Marleybone Hotel, and it is true: you get what you are willing and able to pay for and then some! Experiential stay here. Our room-views are reminiscent of old London with houses converted to new homes and offices, where one can imagine chimney sweeps dancing atop the rooftops.
Very nice place and helpful staff but a very unwieldy and damaged wheelchair that was supplied to the guest we were helping was not replaced as promised. Otherwise a lovely hotel.
Rooms are really nice, neo classical WiFi included. Great gym and nice bar restaurant. Great drinks selection superb service.
nice hotel with ic decor and view. especially the porter staffs and doorman s and cares.
Beautiful boutique type Hotel where every little detail is meticulously maintained.....
This was my second stay at the Marylebone. As an American, I recognize that you don't get large hotel rooms when travelling in Europe. However, my room this time was exceptionally small, to the point where I'd hit my shoulder on the wall mounted TV every time I walked around the front of the bed. No matter how low you set the air conditioning, the lowest it would get would be 24C (75f). You set it to 23C, you get 24C; you set it to 16C, you get 24C. My work requires me to travel to London 3-4 times a year and based on this past experience, I will not be returning to this hotel. I will be looking elsewhere. 300 pounds a night for a tiny room without air conditioning? No thank you. The 2 stars that I did give were for the staff's service and the hotel's location. However, when you fail at the core of your business (accommodations), it's hard to give anymore than 2 stars. Was disappointed, also, that the staff did not ask me how my stay was when I checked out. Was listening to another person's checkout experience as well and didn't here the other clerk ask about that customer's stay either. The breakfast is good and the staff are warm and friendly.
Nice hotel, city center, convenient transportation. excellent service. Free Wi-Fi in the room
The Marylebone Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They took really good care of us and our kids. The location is also excellent.
We went for a spa break and afternoon tea. Great staff and facilities!
Everything that you would expect and more. Excellent... Service was absolutely impeccable.
We will not stay anywhere else unless we have to.
Quality through and through with excellent bar and restaurant worth every penny (of which it was many)
We love the Marylebone area if London and the Marylebone Hotel is wonderful. A treat of a place to be.
Staff are nice enough, but rooms are tiny- even by London standards.
This hotel is a true "boutique hotel", remarkably well located in central London. Access is easy from the arrival points in London. This hotel is truly atypical with a decoration that is both refined and very design. The choice of materials is judicious.
The staff at all levels is remarkable: Courtesy, efficiency, discretion, service +++. Just ask!
Great breakfast and very good quality room, with a zen and warm atmosphere. I loved spending a week there.
I would have given 5* if bathroom was bigger, breakfast service was quicker and price of rooms about 1/3 less than we paid.
All in all a nice place with friendly helpful staff and excellent central London location.
Set among the trendy shops & restaurants of Marylebone Village, this modern, upscale hotel is a 7-minute walk from Bond Street station, less than a mile from the Royal Academy of Arts and 1.3 miles from Hyde Park.
The chic, contemporary rooms and suites all feature pillow-top beds, Nespresso coffeemakers and marble bathrooms with heated floors, plus iPod docks and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is free. Airy suites offer additional seating areas, private balconies, London views and/or whirlpool tubs.
There's a hip restaurant/bar serving locally sourced cuisine, an afternoon tea cafe and a smoothie bar. Other amenities include a gym with an indoor pool.
Was a pleasant and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here in the near future!
Was lucky enough to stay here for a night earlier this year. Wonderful staff, incredible decor and feel to the place. Their afternoon tea at 108 Pantry was out of this world. Especially loved the selection of loose teas on offer! 5/5
This hotel is just amazing, the service and quality is second to none. You really are treated well and looked after. If you are celebrating an event be sure to let them know and im sure they will look after you. We have been several times and couldnt recommend it enough.
While my stay here was very positive & the hotel a beautiful experience, I was charged twice for my stay. I sent several emails, spoke to different people on the staff and was promised multiple times that they would refund the card. It's been two weeks and still no refund (a value of $974). I plan on never staying here again and plan on recommending to my company's travel agent Concur to flag the hotel so no further employees stay here after this incident.
Well organised place, very professional staff. Excellent for the purpose with a buffet that respects the feeding choices of its clients. We were well treated and the chef made available on the menu any particular choices we had.
Wow is the word for this london hotel.
being in the center the rooms are expensive for their size but that's the case everywhere in zone 1 hotels.
The Service is just fabulous, the staff is so generous and knows how to treat the client. From the funny and energetic doorman to the managers every one is really good.
the location is great whether you want to shop or eat its in the center.
The rooms are really clean and room service is great.
I will say Must Visit to this hotel, I have stayed there for a week and was the best time of my trip.
Beautiful bar and fantastic service. My one critique would be that the red wine was served a little too warm.
The hotel is great, staff are wonderful. However, I wouldn t recommend staying there if you re going with family or a group of friends as their rooms are very small. It s nice for solo or couple couple travellers.
Magnificent boutique hotel in the heart of the city, competent friendly welcoming staff, excellent services, 5 star quality all round. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
Good hotel in a nice neighborhood. The room is very nice and the hotel staff has been very attentive
This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels you will ever stay in. The staff is very accommodating and the food is wonderful. Really you could spend your entire London trip in this hotel and never get bored. They have a gym, pool and spa as well. The spa is my only negative, and the only reason I'm leaving four stars instead of 5 so I don't know if that's fair, but they are connected. The therapist herself was amazing. I left feeling much much better than when I arrived, she had really released a ton of the tension in my shoulders. My disappointment was in the rooms and general environment of the service. I could hear people talking loudly during most of my service, the lights were far too bright and no music was played. If the hotel weren't so posh maybe this would be fine, but the spa experience needs to match it's location.
My actual hotel room was very quiet; that was so nice. I don't think I heard a single noise from my room my entire two night stay. The lower tier rooms are small, like most European hotel rooms so if you brought large luggage or don't like cramped spaces, this hotel may not be for you. I didn't find a problem with it personally.
Nice hotel in central London. 10 min walk from Oxford Circus underground station.
The pool in the basement was very much appreciated and the steam room.
Expensive hotel (of course) but I think it kept well.
excellent customer service and varied but sensibly priced lunch menu. would certainly consider visiting again
Nice place, art deco theme, excellent location, good on-street parking (free on Sundays and bank holidays).
Nice hotel, close to Oxford St, no problems if you re in a wheelchair
