I didn't even know that Desktop Doctors existed until Apple sent me there for repair for my mbp. These guys are AWESOME. Speedy & Exceptionally conscientious! I plan to go back for all my computer repair/ upgrade needs.

I was having some screen issues with my MacBook Pro, and Desktop Doctors made all of the necessary repairs. I appreciated their friendly service, their phone calls informing me of the status of my Mac, and their expertise knowledge. I'm extremely thankful Desktop Doctors are certified Apple service providers and that I didn't have to drive to the Apple store in Louisville.
Writing a review for Desktop Doctors is anything but a drudgery. I've used their services many times for a good number of years with great satisfaction. Their expertise is top shelf. What sets them apart from other services is their desire to answer questions and make suggestions. They are a hotbed of solution for those of us who are novices to learn more about the computers we use every day. Just yesterday I stopped in to inquire as to why my laptop was not making a wifi connection. Brad very professionally introduced me to the "wifi off" switch on my unit. Duh! No charge to a faithful customer. These guys are the industry standard for what customer service should be. I've dealt more with Brad than with Nick but both men are EXCELLENT both professionally, with knowledge and in their interpersonal skills. I recommend Desktop Doctors to everyone I can. 5.0.

Fantastic experience with Tobias and the whole team at Desktop Doctors. They fixed my laptop quickly and professionally, installing a new SSD that had gone bad. I had my laptop back within a few days much faster than the big blue store had said was possible. Will definitely return for any future issues!
