This place goes above and beyond for their clients. I was one piece of decking short and they sold it to me when the store was closed for the day and loaded it up for me. Awesome group of people.

Disappointed with my most recent experience here. I bought a load of 2x redwood lumber to finish a deck. It was all wet and covered with mildew. I asked to speak with someone from the warehouse who handles grading, and they sent a manager out to talk with me. I asked him if it s normal for their redwood to be wet like this, and he gave me a dodgy answer - specifically quoting him he said it isn t UNnormal.
I ve spent all morning trying to sand the water stains out of this wood, and I m kicking myself for not finding a different place to buy it.

If you want a plastic deck, this might be the right place. However, for real wood, I ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

I recently rebuilt my rotten deck and the deck Superstore was fantastic. My salesperson Jesse was great and so helpful. The materials I ordered were in perfect condition and the delivery driver did a perfect job dropping the materials right where I wanted it.

Talk about helpful! Don Hall was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and provided excellent advice and service when it came to rebuilding our deck. What a nice man! His knowledge makes his very valuable to this company. I would also like to recognize Noah, Brad, Rueben and Paul for their care and help in making sure our material was secured and safe for transport. Dealt with David Hillenburg at the Deck Superstore. This gentleman meets the definition of how customer service everywhere should be!!! He was super helpful in all details of our deck and answered all of our questions and requests. He always returned calls and provided just excellent all around help. If he did not directly know the answer he brought in those that did. I would highly recommend the Deck Superstore for all of your deck needs. GAM
