We adopted a GSD that had been abused and after 6 months he bit someone so we had to put him down. After the vet put him asleep she comented that he didn t go as gracefully as he could of . Then she reminds us that they will be taking our dogs head and shipping it to Columbus for rabies testing. Thanks so much for being so heartless in front of me and my wife.
Love this place, my family has been bringing our pets here since I was a child. They are great with my old, grumpy animals. My rottie has hated vets for years (vet in Cincy broke a needle in her), until I moved back to the area and started coming here. She absolutely loves them all! They are a bit pricey though. But very thorough. And truly care about the well being of your pet.
This place is amazing! I had a different vet. But when they met me at midnight to save my sons1 cat. PRICELESS. my vet wouldnt do that. The doctors there are top notch. Staff is great. Very caring and knowledgeable. Love this place and Versailles. My dogs and cat will always be patients of this place
They seen our Beagle last minute. Diagnosis was nothing normal in our world. The cost was more affordable than I could have imagined. Our Beagle had been back to normal ever since. We are definitely a returning customer!!
This place is amazing, my brother's dog was in labor and in distress with a lodged puppy in the birthing canal, we couldn't find anyone who would work with us on payments until we found Maria Stein, the doctor and surgeon did great and answered all questions we had, I highly recommend them! We had the honor of working with Dr. Michelle Mitch Michalak and Dr. Emily Stayduhar both ladies were wonderful! Hands down the easiest recommendation for a vet I've ever given. We had some tough times with a dog and they went WAY above and beyond to do everything they could to try and help. To me, that's the difference between being in business to make money and being in business because you love what you do. I can't say enough good things.
