I absolutely love the mission and passion of the staff here
Beware beware beware! This support planning agency is the worst! I had so many problems with the support planner Holly Beitzel, her supervisor Persillia they were unprofessional to say the least. Holly would complain every conversation we had about her case load. She would act very nervous and always in a rush to get off the phone. I had to report them to the state of Maryland because of all the problems I had. My worse experience ever. A nightmare. Because of Holly Beitzel and her Supervisor's not caring of a sick client I went 30 days or more with no CNA. Please don't use this agency for yourself or your loved ones. Beware beware beware! You will be very sorry if you use these uncaring, unprofessional, disrespect, support planners. Beware beware beware! In response to your comment, the support planner is always suppose to make sure the client has a CNA. The support planner is suppose to help with finding the agency to send to the client.
The employees are very helpful & friendly. They do great work helping those who need it most.
Wonderful organization. Fantastic people. Their work is much needed in our society.
