BAD COMPANY

BAD COMPANY
I had a bad experience there. They tell you something different in the interview to make you want the job. When your in the job your basically like a babysitter to the ones who should be in group homes. You don't get paid on time mileage, checks have not been correct! Director does not take into consideration on hope you feel!

This is far by the worst company I d have ever worked for. During this crazy pandemic, they do not want anyone to take time off and I get it, we are Essential workers but for $12-$14! for us to be risking our lives and loved ones to take care of the individuals- which I have enjoyed working with and no type of raises or bonus at all whatsoever? We can not do overtime as I got told because they are saving the money to give us bonuses- When?... It has been over a year and still nothing not even Now when we can not even called out to be with our kids, cause if we do it is an automatic termination. what kind of people are runnings this? Do they understand how it hurts for us to risk our lives and still be treated unfairly and without any appreciation??! No. They do not seem to care about our lives but to keep the beds full. We are your first line hand to hand with this individuals, Please be aware and considerate on the big risk we take everyday for you guys to be sitting at home comfortably and away safe.

Terrible management. Run by family members

Terrible management. Run by family members
and staffed by desperate immigrants. Low retention rates. They're called Human Services but they don't care about the people. I wouldn't recommend anybody to work here at all! :C

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
When I was hired at CHA I was excited to be a part of the company that seemed so inclusive and to really have a high focus on treating employees. The way upper management speak of program staff behind closed doors is very dismissive and at times very insulting. In my experience, upper management spoke a great game at meetings with staff, but it was not how business was conducted. IT'S ALL LIES. After I left CHS, I was contacted by the Attorney General's office to discuss CHA and correct complaints and investigations involving CHS. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Good place to work for if you re into the Human service field but it d be nice if the people on this company can be less rude and more into employees thoughts shared about work but I guess all they care is to fill in the positions needed and no appreciation into employees hard work is acknowledged especially from supervisor. Bad way to treat your second hand workers, we the ones that make this work together.
