Lauren did my hair yesterday, very proffesional, but also a personal touch. She listened to exactly what i wanted, and came out very happy...booked back in with her in 6 weeks for root touch up xx

Fantastic hairdressers. Firstly, they saved my daughters hair after a home attempt of bleaching went very wrong. They made her feel at ease and left her hair looking amazing. My daughter also had her hair put up by one of the trainees for her 16th birthday...she did a beautiful job. Very, very impressed

THE OWNER HAS WRECKED MY HAIR! I was warned before I went to not allow the owner Lisa to touch my hair, I didn t Listen! I asked for half an inch, she tuck over 3 off, she didn t cut the graduation so in the end I had to go to somewhere else and have another inch of to correct it! it made me so depressed as we all know our hair is everything! She should not own a hair salon if she can t cut hair, awful!

Quite a different atmosphere than salon i went to before but in a good way. Everyone is working hard and going out there way for you. I went to a salon and my hair was cut into well.. A mess.. I booked with Lauren and it was the best money I'd spent on a haircut.. Knew what she was doing and did it.. Will go back. Thanks guys

I always used to go here because Amber was fantastic at doing my hair when it came to cut and blow dry! However I notice that Creative Cutting have now lost their service and have the don t care attitude. Two occasions they have let a regular customer down and didn t care! First occasion, I booked in a cut and blow dry at 8am. The hairstylist called in sick. I understand this happens. They did not even offer an alternative solution apart from turning me away. Today I booked in for highlights - when I got there, they booked me in for roots only! Annoyed as hell as I had booked a day off work. Again, no alternative, nothing. Not even a token of a certain percentage off my next visit. Clearly they didn t care. I don t usually write reviews but I will never recommend creative cutting to anyone.

Comfortable atmosphere

Came in for a root touch up, toner and a cut and the end result was stunning. The staff were very nice and there was a great atmosphere. Really welcoming and fantastic work x

Lisa B did a fantastic job and looked after me, offered drinks several times and gave me a great start to the day.

I booked in for a colour full heas of foils and roots due to grey hair.
Colour I chose waa mushroom and grey. Asked I'd needed roots doing qaa advises didnt need.
Came out aa blonde aa marilyn monroe. Paid and left.
Got home and all I could see were grey roots and terrible blonde 1 colour.
Rang salon waa offered appointment 3 dayslater, explained couldn't go out looking like that.
Hair toned and roots done. Still not the colour I asked for but better.
To top it off, I was charged full price and found out later qaa doing half price with this lady. Not happy.
I have been a few times here and will now not be going back

Never will I have my hair coloured here ever again!!!! could ve cry after I left total disappointment, worst ever hairdressing experience I have ever had.

Everything was just right. The right level of creativity to make a normal head of hair into an arrangement fit for a wedding. Just the right amount of pampering to start the day off on the right foot. Personable and friendly staff. No cutting but very creative!
